Pretty sure the vast majority of catholics in the U.S. are from latin america and Portuguese and Spanish immigrants.

And since Trump already made sure none of these people are ever going to vote for him, I'm not sure how it matters.

About 70 million Catholics in the US, about 1 in 4.5.

The majority is certainly white.

Excuse my intrusion, I am not a US citizen and I havent been monitoring the presidential race, but I just have one question.

After all that has been said and done and the way things are going, does Trump look like he has a legitimate chance of becoming US President?

Ok, once again excuse any potential ignorance from my part, I only have heard a few of Trump's speeches + what i read around, so am I right to be kinda scared in the idea of him becoming President of the US?

Please dont take this the wrong way. It's just that a lot of what I hear sounds a bit chilling to me...

Well on the one hand, he would be the commander of our army. So that could be scary for you. On the other hand, he might fuel enough hatred to cause a civil war here, so maybe we'll kill ourselves first.

It doesn't matter. The christians Trump appeal to only see a certain kind of people as human beings, everyone else is relegated to cattle.

I don't think there's an answer. Trump is nothing if not remarkably inconsistent. Wildest of wild cards. I'm not deathly afraid (then again, I'm a white, male, US citizen), but (being in not the best financial position) considerably worried, sure. I don't know you're situation but I suppose if you're somewhere sensible ideologically and aren't racist you should be at the least considerably worried.

Trump won't be president. Don't worry.

I want to believe.

Everyone talking about separation of church and state don't seem to really know what that means. Public figures can talk about religion all they want or talk about how their values are influenced by their religion.
