That was amazing, at 28.2 Powell is in line with the 100m starting position, so he ran those 100 meters in 8.9 seconds.

It's almost unfair to have Bolt and Powell on the same team.

He's a local kid, and I'm very glad to see him do well. He's had a rough life, but like you pointed out he's managed to keep a great attitude through it all. He was supposed to play football for the Crimson Tide, but hit a rough patch when his daughter was born with spina bifida.
