You can get 2 half points for getting them on their back not as cleanly, or not entire back...
There are also sub points you can get, but they dont add up to victory. Your opponent can also get points for violations.
Still learning rules, but you want an IPPON basically.

The scoring is kind o decepting for first time watcher. Each of those numbers is a different kind of point, not cumulative.

Those three sentences are more information than either the manual or in-game tutorial gave. Did they really expect the average gamer to know what ippon was?
