Gator haters suck. :P This is Zook's last chance in UF I think. If he fails this year, he's out on his butt. We're gonna embarass you Noles in Doak this year. Well, we'd better, b/c I'm sure tired of losing to the other teams in this state. It wasn't so long ago we were the top team in the state. :) PEACE.
 
You should all be watching Troy State (or is it just Troy now) versus Mizzou... this game is crazy! Troy's RB fumbles the ball around midfield, and it bounces to the left tackle... who RUNS IT IN FOR THE SCORE!!

That, and a guy just lost both his shoes on one play. This game has everything!

14-14, and Troy is threatening.
 
That is one of the weirdest plays I've ever seen. An offensive lineman running 50 yards for a TD?
 
If Troy had a better QB, they would be totally plastering Missouri to the wall.

It's so hard not to call them Troy State anymore.
 
Surely Rix will have one good game against Miami. Right? (not that I've lost money on Rix or anything....)
 
I'll pick FSU to win because that way Miami will get a loss. Then when Clemson goes down to Tallahassee and makes Rix our bitch again, we'll be first in the ACC.

Oh yes, my plan is coming together perfectly.
 
I've followed T. Bowden for a long time, and I think it's probably clear to every college football fan in the US by now that Chris Rix is undoubtably the Worst QB Bowdens ever had as a starter for such a long time period at FSU.

He's just a dumbass
 
Rix is indeed the worst FSU QB in a dog's age. If you can't beat Miami at least once, you're worthless really. That said, looks like they have a good chance tonight. I just got back, so I missed most of the game. :( But I guess I didn't miss a whole lot as far as scoring is concerned. Go Noles!!! PEACE.
 
Berlin sucks at life. What can I say? That's fucking karma for stealing a Gator QB. Beware of the Gator, that shit'll bite you in the ass. :lol PEACE.
 
Man, who's gonna lose this game first? :lol Was the rest of the game this sloppy? I would call it a good defensive display, but I really think what I've seen has just been inept play. Bowden said he was gonna open up the offense. Where the fuck is it? Even shitty QBs can make big plays. You're not gonna feast on the pass, but you can hit at least a couple homeruns against this Miami D. Other teams have done it. PEACE.
 
To the heeez!!! :D Nice fucking play. It's all about the YAC baby! :) Ok, so FSU is trying their best to lose this one, but they still have a chance of ending this before OT. If they go to OT, Miami can kick a field goal and win b/c FSU will go wide on theirs, and they can't move the ball for shit. A sloppy, but interesting game. PEACE.

EDIT: Only Brent Mushburger could make a big moment like this sound utterly boring. :(
 
Oh, I see we might have some bitter Noles fans on here. :lol ;) This is sad, b/c I really wanted the Noles to win. But man, you have to enjoy the agony of defeat when it's anyone but you. All I caught tonight was the FSU implosion. It was rather entertaining. :D Man, that run...ugh. Sorry FSU. You ain't helped us worth shit except that you're now out of our way in the polls. Chris Rix, you suck. Brock Berlin, thank God you transferred to UM, b/c you suck too. That said, UM has it kinda easy from here...kinda. Their schedule is kinda soft. PEACE.

Well, part of espn.com thinks that FSU won the game. The little headline under the boxscore on their scores page reads "FSU beats Miami in OT."

Yeah, Bobby's got give in and start rebuilding with another quarterback now that a national title and, oh, the ACC championship are virutally out of reach now.
 
The sad, or perhaps even funny, thing is that I called every major play... I said we would miss the field goal and then with 1:22 left when they got the ball, I said Miami will drive down the field and score, and then we will lose in OT because Chris Rix simply cannot get the job done.. and then it happened and was capped by a fumble of his. Insane.

Probably the most agonizing defeat for me in sports history... this was likely the last chance we could beat UM while I was going here and it really did look like it was going to happen. Our season is more or less over now as UM will certainly win the ACC and we will miss out on a BCS bid.
 
My lock of the week: Alabama -12.5 over Ole Miss. (sob)

I also like South Carolina to cover against Georgia and for MSU to cover against Auburn.
 
Guileless: I hope Alabama beats Ole Miss tonight, but here's to an injury-free game.
