i'll look at the boxscore and when the scores happened. if it truly was running up the score (i.e. he could've downed the ball or just ran out the clock but instead kept passing) then he'll have to bench his starting QB or starting RB for the next game.
if it was just him passing with 4 wide in the 2nd half with a large lead i don't know that i would consider that to be "running up the score".
smokey cut me some slack bro. yeah, LJ fake punted in the playoff game. a game where he beat you by multiple scores. i already talked to him about it and i honestly doubt we're going to see anything more in that regards coming from him.
there's no point to prove here. you running up the score, running PA passes out of shotgun or whatever on 3rd and long, playing 4 wide up by 5 scores, what is the point? league morale goes along way in these leagues. they only last this long because people are having fun and enjoying themselves. it's not all about winning. i have lost my first 2 games and honestly both games were very exciting and i had a great time playing (minus the bluemax comments early in the game :lol ). so WHY are you purposely trying to ruin someones enjoyment? you want this to be a 12 man league where the other 11 guys in the league are going to kick the shit out of you when you play them?
this isn't a dick measuring contest. no need to run up the score on people or show your passing prowess in a blowout. just chill out and save all of your tricks or anger for when you play LJ (not that i'm condoning this little cat fight, but there is no need to get all pissy at everyone else over something they had nothing to do with).

...........why do I have no passing/receiving/rushing stats?
WTF! They show up on the website for each game, but just now, checking my season stats in-game (and the leaders) I noticed that I only have defensive stats. If I've lost two games worth of stats, that messes everything up and basically means that the fun that I get from trying to lead the league in any given category is gone now.
I hope others aren't having this ridiculous glitch.

4 & 5-wide late in the third, score was 35-0.
Some more 4 wide later in the 4th, and to add on more continues passing and 3 wide when killing the clock would suffice. I gave up caring/trying after the first half when I knew he didn't give a shit and rather play like a dick from Madden Nation, up in your face acting like he won a medal. Bravo, you own an elite team.

Smokey you ran the score up on me our first game, I bitched, we talked about it and were cool. None of the commishes truly gave you shit that you did it to me at the time.

in my opinion there is a difference in calling a fake punt on a 4th and short, and purposely running up the score or playing like an asshole in a blowout just to prove a point because you feel like you were slighted on a fake punt call last season.
you know i might even understand if you did this against LJ (again wouldn't condone it), but why against everyone else? because they were laughing at the situation when he basically blew you out anyways? i get that you could have seen it as a turning point in the game but come on they are two completely different situations.
you also say nothing was done, well what would you have done even if i had the admin ability? overturn the game? give you the win? have LJ's next opponent play the bills as CPU?

is zep around? did someone fill in for the rams in the first 2 games? i don't really want any fill-ins unless it's a non-league member or someone is out of town for a week or something and has someone fill in.

Well, I lost to the Steelers. Lonestar beat them by 25 Peterboy beat them by 14..but I lost to them by 1 point. I will be the only person to lose to a computer team this season (possibly others will come close, but I bet they'll quit out and replay the game). That after nearly giving PB his first loss in week 1. I am basically a bottom rung Madden player right now.
Some ridiculous plays..none moreso than a repeat of the HORRIBLE tackling job I had against Wellie. My team gets eaten up by power rushing two games in a row. It'd be one thing if Darren Sharper (no power or speed but supposedly a genius) didn't have TWO dropped INTs, where he was wide open and the ball was softly thrown to his area.. and my CBs didn't make dumbass plays all game long

Mendenhall's always had my number, but this is just silly. It seems like the game is becoming a parody of itself the more I play it. He breaks a tackle from Ed Reed...then a TRIPLE tackle, involving two DL guys. That play happening twice in a year is frustrating, but in back to back weeks (both close losses) has me turning a bit Bluemax.
The AFC North is in shambles.

I'm a little weirded out by how well the 1-5-5 worked against the run. Take away my long runs by each RB (53, 22,18) and I have a 4.6 YPC average. Everyone knows by now that I play a power offense with running out of heavy formations, and that enables me to push around smaller teams. A D consisting of a DT and LBs should have gotten swallowed up and rolled all game, but it didn't until the end when I started ripping off good runs. Contrary to what I thought, the passing game forced him to loosen up the D.
DCX had 2 turnovers to my 1, and that proved to be the game as a TD was scored off of each TO. I managed to control Tank, but only after intense scheming. I still have a huge weakness in my D and it reared it's ugly head again.
I'm very happy with my passing game so far. It was extremely challenging to go against the 1-5-5 on passing downs. Only down side is I've thrown a pick in each game. DCX brought a lot of heat, I don't mind taking sacks as long as I don't turn the ball over anymore. On another note I was able to create some matchups which I think went unnoticed by DCX or maybe he noticed and he thought he could get away with. DCX I will discuss with you when I get back so you can fix it.
