I did the Circle the Wagons practice and it only gives 1500 XP for players as well. So:

Easy Win: 1500 for all players
Bad Start: Variable XP from 1k to 1500 to all players.
Circle the Wagons: 1500 for all players.

I'm sticking with Easy Win from here on out. No sense in working harder than I should for mostly the same payout. Coach XP is worthless to me at this point.

Offense and Defense gives 1800 points (i believe) to the respected players. So you do 'Offense' and all of your offensive players get 1800... So Easy Win is the one to do.

There's a demo on PSN. It doesn't do a good job of explaining the battle system but its worth checking out.

Yeah, I just finished up playing through the demo. I managed to beat both bosses without dying, but I would have liked to have a clue what I was doing. Game is definitely gorgeous though.

i had a hell of a time getting through the first dungeon against regular enemies but then i destroyed the boss no problem.

the game wont be for everyone but i think if you are an old school JRPG fan i would be shocked if you didn't like it. the story is pretty sappy but its a meaty game.

I'm to the overworld and love it. I love that semi-random style of battles. You can avoid them if you want but you can also grind easily if you want as well. Battle system is cool too, looking forward to it opening up more, just got to the Deep Dark Woods.

I'm fucking loving having a gorgeous JRPG to play on my TV though. Seems like they've been relegated to portables the last few years.
