Nah, he's rated 83 right now as junior. Regardless, he's currently my best linebacker and will be next year (by a serious margin) as well. He certainly was a superbeast in '09, he hit the mid 90's for me as well. Unfortunately the real Abreu hasn't progressed nearly as well as his digital counterpart.Striker said:

Hey GCQ, are we leaving the CPU's pass coverage at that insane slider setting? They're clairvoyant enough without the extra help. That combined with the default 50 speed threshold is going to make for a very long season. :\

Good game, story. I think I'm going to change my offensive gameplan. No point in using the air raid if no one on my fucking team can catch a damn ball. All my scores were from runs. WTF.:lol

I really don't want to be messing with the sliders everytime somebody has a problem with them (which is why I ran that by everybody before committing to default All-American before we started), but if it becomes a big enough issue I'll look into it.

GG Nightz. I totally thought you were going to blow me out after your insane first half. I couldn't defend the pass or throw for shit that game.

I only won cause I switched to my ground game, which normally wouldn't work, but since we both have teams with shitty run D I took advantage of it.

It was a great game, except my pass D was really sad and I was cussing throughout the whole first half :lol I love the headlines, "first game jitters for me".... more like I suck and only won cause my team is higher rated!

Now you can see part of the reason for my total failure when we scrimmaged, and I was TTU.
That, plus just some shoddy deep ball defense by TTU's DB's.
Me and Ram scrimmaged an SEC battle of Auburn and Kentucky. As much as I dispise AU, they were interesting to play with. Cam Newton get's knocked out early, and who'd have thought Neil Caudle was Vince Young 2.0.

I'm thinking of switching to Clemson's playbook. There's a lot of the same formations, I just get more running plays and the wildcat, which works out for me because evidently my RB is a 90 overall anyway.

Hopefully, they tone it down in a patch. It's not as noticeable when I'm using Bama (surprise, lol) but it's still there. Also, has anyone witnessed an offsides penalty yet in any game? I seem to always get false starts but never an offsides penalty even if I'm set to aggresive on defense.

I will say that I appreciate the new animations for wr/db going up for the ball and the tackles in the air. The stupid flip animation is finally gone!!!! YAY!
Also, the intro to this game is awesome. I rarely skip it.

Not to eeyore, but outside the bad pass you threw early in the GL, I was thumped. That was a good defensive call, I gotta say, though that's the only real positive I've came away with this game.
I couldn't get off the field defensively really, and my offense couldn't muster any consistency. The long run by Ward going for a no TD hurt because your next KR was the icing on the cake. I really don't trust my OL either. I had a good pass lined up for a TD but your guys were in my face barely enough for it to be taken down (and should have been picked!).
So, we 'vancing tonight or just some time tomorrow?
