Don't know if I'm late, but we've also signed safety Jarrad Page from the Pats... all we need is that vet LB (also getting Jax/Vick done obviously) and we're in good shape.

considering how good he was last year and how they lost rice, it makes no sense not to. he's not asking for a ton of money either. the only reason he's still available is because of his negative reputation. NY should've kept him, Plax is going to be a big downgrade :[

he didn't leave, we didn't resign him. tommie harris hasn't been good since 2006 when he got injured prior to the super bowl run. happy trails.

All I know is Davis said that with the money Nnamdi was supposed to make, he could sign 2-3 good players. I haven't seen it yet, unless he's talking about Routt, Wimbley, and Seymour.

Asomugha got 25 mil guaranteed over 5 years. Routt got 20 guaranteed over 3. He was already signed at the time of that statement, though. I guess his good players are Huff, Wimbley, and they were trying to get Gaither. I doubt the rumors of pursuing Cromartie were true. I would have shat a brick house.

Ha, Giants were apparently in on the Kuhn sweepstakes before he signed with the Packers. Some say the Giants offer was higher but Kuhn was too connected to the Packers to leave (which makes sense considering the following he has). Considering the Giants were also in on Leach, it's a good sign we'll still be going after an FA Fullback. At the moment Pascoe and Hynosky are competing for the starting job.

Oh and Tom Rock from Newsday is saying Osi will be traded by the end of the week. We'll see if that materializes. Carlson and a number 2 from Seattle just makes a TON of sense. Especially considering newly signed Ben Patrick was given number 89 today. Yep, Kevin Boss' number.

you guys haven't seen terrell brown play (or terrible brown, as i call him). if he was staring you in the face as your #2 CB you would love to have carlos rogers too :(

Seems like early reports on the Pats defense is that they are playing 4:3. The interesting part is that they may also be playing 1gap instead of a 2gap system. That would be a major philosophical shift for Bill Belichick. Very interesting camp so far.

It's funny I googled "Aaron Rodgers shoryuken" because I didn't have that big version handy and found like 5 sites with the .gifs that I made for avatars/etc.
