Well that's a bit repetitive.

Did you really need two words for an all-knowing being whose aspirations and beliefs are purely ascribed by those that create it? :P

Damnit. This better not help the Ravens or so help me God I am going to ask the NFL to look into that Superbowl victory Gruden.

Not so fast there. I believer Pittsburgh has given up more sacks than any other team in the last 2 years. And sadly the sack count doesn't really differ much on who is starting. If Big Ben gets injured and Sandwich starts the Steelers offensive line may have a season for the ages.

I'm not sure. Aren't your running backs still tired from running all over the Jaguars defence? :D

i prefer to call it "mid-season form". I don't give a shit. All im hoping is that the Zorn-star can turn Jason into a good NFL QB, so that next year when we inevitably fire him and hire a real head coach, Campbell will be ready to lead.

You aren't seriously talking trash about the preseason are you? Thursday Campbell and Zorn will serve the nonbelievers a healthy dish of crow.

Portis didn't play, so...

Besides, your boy Garrard let Reed Doughty pick him off. Reed Doughty. Reed. Doughty.

No, I'm returning some trash that was talked about the preseason by Redskins fans. Don't think Derrick Harvey felt too badly trucked after that game. :D

Garrard throws three interceptions a year these days. His hope is that letting Reed Doughty pick him off counts for at least 2.5, so he should be good to go the regular season without any.

Yeah, I'm taking my Dolphins over the Jets. I think Miami could make it to that 6-7 win mark this season. Sure, it's not great, but it's still progress.

Garrard threw an interception?! Did Taylor's arrest shake up the team that much?

He made the tragic mistake of thinking Matt Jones might have some interest in fighting for a ball.

Thanks Crazy, but Enron asked first. I'll check the league at 9:30ish and if he hasn't created his team by then I'll shoot you the info.

The Lions signed Rudi?! Ugh. Hopefully he sits on the bench with injury concerns, I don't need him clogging up the Lions RB situation.

Clearly an upgrade on Tatum Bell, though.

Have a seat, Moogle. I'm the resident Lions fan... Lions cut Tatum Bell after signing Rudi Johnson. Meaning they're now going into the season with *gasp* two TBs on the roster-- Smith and Johnson. Everyone else was either cut or put on IR, AND they cut McHugh so they only have one fullback now too.

Anyways, this is a practical move for Johnson. He moves to another city stuck in the rust belt, rifed with racial problems and shitty weather, making it uncommon for anyone to want to live there. Plus, the offensive lines are similarly bad so that random tearing of a ligament he's used to feeling on a monthly basis from September thru December should be able to continue. I mean, this really was the dream job for Rudi. It's like he's never left Cincy! Only difference is that in Detroit when you drunk drive or choke a stripper you somehow get a pass from Goodell.

My tenative Fantasy team

QB Eli Manning, NYG ---- WAS
QB Brett Favre, NYJ ---- @MIA
RB Adrian Peterson, MIN ---- @GB
RB Brandon Jacobs, NYG ---- WAS
WR Plaxico Burress, NYG ---- AS
WR Hines Ward, PIT ---- HOU
TE Kevin Boss, NYG ---- WAS
K Jason Hanson, DET ---- @ATL
D/ST New York Giants ---- WAS

I realize I need a change at TE, one of my RBs, and possibly switch Favre out. Suggs?

A Lions fan? Wow, my sympathies, they can be a rollercoaster team to follow. :/ I can't say I'm onboard the Lions wagon, but Jones helped me out in the fantasy realm a lot last year - actually, so did Shaun McDonald - and I rolled the dice again, this time with Smith. Tatum Bell was like "John Doe", just a fictional name you assign to the roster sheet.

Not to wish any harm on the man, but you'd think Rudi could just, I dunno, do his carries running to Starbucks or something. :lol

Considering the Bengals generous ten-strikes policy, I see what you mean. :lol

A two QB league with only 2 WRs starting? Weird. Depends what your bench is? I don't think it would be wise to drop Favre out as a starter given your week one matchup though.

This is ESPN's Gridiron Challenge... http://games.espn.go.com/gridiron/story?pageName=gridiron\howtoplay

Also I have a bad feeling about the Jets and openers. Their history in them isn't good and it'll take Favre awhile to feel right in that offense.

Here's the draft from one of the players in my regular league (a first-timer):

My team from the same league:

holy shit at the first timers, he even has 2 ppl I never heard and I consider myself a dude that's heard of a lot of players. Hopefully he gets some draft advice in upcoming drafts or at least learn from his mistakes this year

Get that nasty shit out of here.

Didn't you get my memo that Brady's time in this league is over? Big Ben showed the way and the Manning brothers finished him off.

Time to bring Bledsoe back so that franchise can be respectable again.
