Because Lerner is a fucking idiot and is obsessed with the Belichick tree.

I <3 Memes said:I really doubt he will be there 2 years. At this rate i would be surprised if he makes it through this season. You can be a bad coach and make it through the season. But he is both a bad coach and apparently hated by everyone in the organization.

They're alright. It all depends on which Dallas shows up. This is the biggest gamble, but also the biggest payoff.Wellington said:I need to pick up a D because Washington is not doing well for me. I have three choices:

NO - Rookie Mark Sanchez is due to have a meltdown game
Bills - Playing against Chad Henne, but also the wildcat. Good STs.
What do you guys think? Leaning towards NO.
Cowboys tackle Flozell Adams has been tripping opponents in the NFL for a long time, and a measly $12,500 fine for leg whipping Justin Tuck in Week Two isn't going to stop him from continuing the practice.
We even have visual evidence.
An enterprising Giants fan posted a clip of Adams tripping Panthers defensive end Julius Peppers Monday night in the exact same manor he did to Tuck. (Thanks to Mike Garafolo for passing the link along.)
It's unclear if the league office is looking at the same play, and whether it could fine Adams for the third time in as many weeks.
Despite the leg whips and the penalties, Adams is reportedly playing much better this season than a year ago, when he was beset by injuries. He hasn't given up a sack and he's helped the Dallas running game dominate, averaging over 10 yards per carry when they run left, according to ESPNDallas.com.
And Adams apparently is not worried about the NFL's fines enough to stop the practice of leg whipping.
Either that, or the muscle memory built up over a 12-year career is just too much to overcome.
On Tuesday evening, we showed you how old habits die hard when it comes to Cowboys tackle Flozell Adams and his propensity for tripping opponents.
The NFL was looking at the same footage of Adams kicking Julius Peppers, and decided to fine Flozell $7,500 for the offense, according to Todd Archer of the Dallas Morning News. That's $5,000 less than Adams was fined last week for leg whipping Justin Tuck, and $2,500 more than Adams was fined in Week One for an unnecessary roughness penalty.
(If only the league kept track of records like most consecutive weeks with a fine. Adams could be football's Joe Dimaggio.)
Cowboys running back Felix Jones was also fined $5,000 for an attempted leg whip against Carolina. Jones is fully expected to miss this week's game against Denver, but was coy when asked about his status Wednesday, saying "we'll see."

Gregg Easterbrook said:"Monday Night Football" Analysis: With Jake Delhomme throwing so many interceptions, why are the Panthers passing so much? In 2008, Carolina was third in the NFL in rushing yards, and among the few teams that rushed more often than it threw. This formula got the Cats to 12-4 and a first-round bye in the postseason. Since the 2008 playoffs began, Carolina's coaches have called 117 passes (attempts plus sacks and scrambles) versus 71 rushes, Delhomme has heave-hoed a dozen interceptions and Carolina is 0-4 during that stretch. Monday night, Carolina's coaches called 38 passes and 14 rushes, though the game was tight and Carolina was not in a hurry-up situation until the closing minutes; a Delhomme interception returned for a late touchdown was the coup de grâce. Carolina's fourth- quarter possessions when the score was 13-7 went like this: rush minus-1, pass plus-5, pass incomplete, punt; rush plus-12, pass incomplete, interception returned for touchdown. If you're a running-personality team, run the ball! We can't all be Peyton Manning.

Second I still have Beanie Wells on my roster. Should I just cut him and pick up Glen Coffee (or maybe just get both Walter and Moore)? I was hoping the Cards would give him more time but they love to throw and just can't stop.
Wellington said:High fives all around!
really, its funny. I hear coaches all the time say things like "we're a run first team" "you have to run the ball and stop the run to win in this league" "we're a running team that likes to throw"Gigglepoo said:How come everyone understand this idea except for John Fox? How is that man still employed? I was saying this during the Cards/Panthers game last year. It's so embarrassing.

not as bad as Chris Johnson and the Titans. The Frankman said:Great stat I found in the Post... Brandon Jacobs has had 58 rushes this year, 32 of them resulted in a 2-yards gain or less. Ugh, I know Giants faced Albert (restraining order) Haynesworth and an aggressive Dallas D but that's pretty bad.
I'll take the Barry Sanders-like HR ability and the fact he actually has hands out of the backfield anyday. I couldn't believe they were lining him up at WR! :lolcaptive said:not as bad as Chris Johnson and the Titans.
