Nope.
Significantly better online franchise functionality than Madden, actual gameplay is up for debate though.

on the field it is not better but there are a lot of things that i wish madden had:
1. full online franchise mode (NCAA has a complete online dynasty mode, no need to run it through league manager)
2. there is a much larger discrepancy between "scrambling" qb's and non scrambling qb's. in madden, you can pretty much be dangerous with QB scrambling with any qb. i mean carson palmer is fast enough in the game to get to the outside. not really this way in NCAA
the main negative in NCAA is that there are times where your AI defenders just don't do anything.... they'll just stand there while a RB goes by them or take awful angles.
i like ncaa but it's not as good as madden
This is one of the things an interview with the Madden team on gametrailers said they were addressing. Pocket speed will be much slower for QBs in '13 apparently. Not that it matters, Luck has wheels

that's fine, if a guy is rated fast then so be it. but when carson palmer and jay cutler are moving like mike vick that is a problem
Jay Cutler can actually run. You see him and think "dough boy" but he actually can hit the open field.

well plug whoever you want in. andy dalton, eli manning, matt ryan, carson palmer, etc etc etc. they can all run in the game to the point where it's just complete bullshit. its like the speed/acceleration stat really doesn't have much meaning because even the lowest rated is still dangerous in madden
You missed Peyton Manning trashcanning Ramirez on scrambles and the amazing fallout from it.
I can't wait for you and LJ's glorious returns in Madden 13!

last year i did, because i started 11-0. then i lost 4 out of 5 and didn't win the division. then this season i finished 8-8 and didn't make the playoffs!

not really. the person that really ruined things for me was actually levious the season before. i had the #1 seed wrapped up if i just beat him and i was controlling the game and then i lost in the last seconds which sent me down to the #3 seed and the rest was history

Why wouldn't it? Rubberbanding still would effect human play. Losing team starts making low percentage three pointers, winning team starts missing dunks.
That's tag mode. CPU Assist is the ridiculous rubberbanding that exists. At least that is the terminology used in the definitive version of JAM:

I don't. I bought the disc version and I'm still sour about how poorly supported that was to trust them enough to buy the new edition.

but yeah lol this is the version that would have made sense (not really) to charge disc price. but it's only 10 and you can get pretty much all the old players and mascots!

I say go one step further and make it LB mandatory, but I know you guys would never go for that. You can make up a stupid amount of ground with Safeties, really wish they would redo the momentum system.

Don't blame Donny for the Bears being shitty in the draft this year. Alshon is going to eat his way out of the league with his first pay check after he discovers Chicago deep dish. Shea Mc-whogivesafuck would be awesome in a 3-4 as an OLB, but he is gonna be forced to play DE where he will get mauled because he is 40 lbs undersized. And, not a single upgrade to the O-line. Just silly
