Hmm, I can't remember if the "ready to advance" is an automatic thing, if you complete the current event (Players Leaving).

FMT is done, said it himself. CB3 logged in and was in the dynasty, and Phnix went "im in another game ill do this in a second"

All you can do is tell the transfer no, I think. It automatically puts the player on your team.

Web recruiting doesn't work. Got one call in, the next one failed and I lost an hour of time and potentially the recruit. I'll recruit when I get home from work tonight.

You can download the list of prospects, though. But still not alot to go on, it doesn't list if the player is committed already or not, or if they are a new prospect or not.
