Can't you cover up the ball when you're about to be hit? Also I think you can set something to conservative to fumble less.

I didn't think it would actually work. After the first fumbles I just kept it on. Especially when those early fumbles kept being picked up by your guys. I couldn't stop laughing throughout the entire game. I can't believe this game actually happened.

Yes, but it slows you down and you can't actually hit a big run. So there is ZERO risk in using it because you'll either get a bunch of fumble strips or the other player will slow his fast RB down because he's covering up.

I noticed it in my lonestar game, but seeing it again it's insane. It's 100% reward for the defense.

The risk should be the RB slips out of that tackle, the reward should be the fumble. It's crazy to think that the risk is a made tackle and the reward a fumble :/

It was even worse against Lonestar because his LBs are all in the 90s so it really was

Risk: Tackle

Reward: Fumble

I had zero broken tackles against Alabama, at least I got a couple of broken tackles against Illnois :\

A missed tackle is not a broken tackle. Anytime I was touched, it was a fumble strip animation that was either a failed strip or a successful strip.

Thank god Madden doesn't have this gimmick bullshit.

Referring to the broken tackle at the 15-ish yard line. The rest was me failing :lol

Besides, got to keep the turnover ratio closer to zero somehow. So you fumble to match my INTs. Tough Shit.

Except fumbles due to CPU players stripping every play are not because of me reading the defense wrong and throwing into coverage.

If FMT is allowing these tactics, I guess I should take a visit to Sharkwaters for some tips!

7 fumbles, and i had 5 fumbles.

thinking of banning this aggressive strip ball. after i saw lonestar obviously had it on again, i turned it on too since he got another early fumble against me. magically i strip him 7 times. didn't really have any tackles broken against me either!

what do you guys think?

except your 2 QB fumbles had nothing to do with the strip animation. you got sacked and fumbled. what we're talking about is that retarded animation where you wrap the guy up and try to pull it out as he's going down. your QB fumbles would have happened regardless of what it was set to

p.s. and you're lying anyways. i got the ball first and on all my runs your guys were doing that animation where they try to strip ;)

and i'm saying it was on from the start of the game, just like it was in our other game. it doesn't really matter at this point. i'm sure there wouldn't have been 13 combined fumbles even with it on if it wasn't raining. i just don't like the fact that there is basically no risk/reward for the feature unlike the other things you can adjust

p.s.

bob if EVERY single tackle is the animation where they're trying to pull the ball out then it's pretty clear. if you have it on balanced then that animation happens every now and again but not every time

also guys, PLEASE DO NOT USE AGGRESSIVE STRIP BALL OUTSIDE OF THE 4TH QUARTER. this will be on the honor system so just don't do it. keep it at balanced or conservative. if you think someone if using aggressive forced fumbles outside of the 4th then PM me. you will know when 9 out of 10 tackles you are seeing guys trying to rip the ball away.

if it's just happening every now and again, that's not aggressive strip ball. i don't want complaints over a fumble here or there. it should be pretty obvious when someone is using it. truthfully lonestar is the first person ive seen that used it like that

GG FMT. My defense played horrible, at times they watch the RB run by them instead of tackling them.

Edit: Great... my game just locked up and it say the game might not count. :/

gg crow, thought the game really turned on that 3rd and inches where i stopped you and you had to settle for the fg. i also lucked out that my guys hit you on those deep throws.... i thought the last of them was a completion but then it said 3rd down.

i also thought i recovered the onside kick, then fumbled it, then it looked like you recovered. i didn't really see it, it just looked like the camera panned around. i don't know though! you had to play the #1 team back to back to start the season o_O
