If anything, having a SSD means you can instalock a character faster

My lowly silver self likely hasn't experienced a truly great player for either, haha. Maybe my opinion will change!
I'm also a Roadhog main, and so I find Genji more "beatable" than Tracer in most situations.

While we post, you play. I'm only level like 175 but I do only play comp really.
There are few things more fun than figuring out how a Tracer on the enemy team thinks and baiting out hooks that they can't escape from.
Same with Mei. If you ice block and I'm Roadhog, you're dead.
As someone who plays both Genji and Tracer, I find it a lot easier as Tracer to take Hog down, but as both I jmake sure I dance around until I know hook is on cooldown

Yeah, I get the Mei players.
I can sometimes get the Tracers because they panic and blow multiple warps to force the cooldown, but I've fought a few that perfectly pace them so that I never feel like I have the hook. Usually I just try and flank them, haha.
An amazing tracer can easily kill your whole team.
Man,so many instalock dps mains at 3.8. Been having to go lucio just to avoid getting destroyed, only been able to get on tracer or another dps like every 3 games.
Is your lucio any good?
Its serviceable, get a few boops, speed boost to chase down kills, sound barrier at the right time. Usually does the job.
Nanoblade is really popular atm so you kinda need him to at least speed away.
Could do with a lucio to protect me when I'm ana. Zen doesn't do the job. You'll have to do I guess. =)

Tracer is much easier for me to keep track of, because she doesn't have the vertical movement.
2nd, you can hear her coming a lot of times. Still hard, but there are more sound tip offs on where she is at also. She is nothing new than playing against decent translocator in Unreal.
How am I a higher rank than you in this game but not in fighting games.
This really upsets me.

Don't do this. I wouldn't wish mid-high plat on anyone really. It's a lot of people feeling that they're temporarily misplaced Diamond players
It got old insanely fast. He can't even keep it up all day. His evening streams have him breaking character and almost everyone he plays with isn't taking his bullshit anymore.
Last night I checked the stream for a few minutes and it was his teamamtes being brutally honest with him lol.

Hmm, a few possibilities:
1) I have only been playing this game for a few months. I think I bought it in January. You might still be better than me in a few years, but hopefully not by too much!
2) I have never played a competitive FPS before, so I am learning a lot of fundamentals as I go.
3) Sombra is carrying you.
This is true, but on average that should even out, and we should each be at one another's appropriate skill levels. It wouldn't be true, for example, that Harbleu could get stuck at a 1500 rating for an entire season because of bad teams (he's the only competitive player I know...). The game has its fair share of team-based BS, but people generally are where they belong.

I started speed boosting with Lucio into the enemy to feed hard; their Roadhog was so confused that he missed three left clicks and melee attacks (I almost PM'd him "kill me fast bitch"). I laughed really hard at that Hog, but I still feel bad about trolling quick play; I was the only one playing seriously but nope. I had a good graviton on Overtime before that (team didn't give a fuck because QP lets fight around the map lul y so srs). I got the moral victory there; my barriers and grav timings are improving. My Tracer and Genji need a lot of work, but Genji will be something I uncommonly switch depending on the situation because he is mained by a lot of people, so they are either better Genjis or they will insta lock anyway; I feel like he needs a lot of work too that I would rather put in learning fundamentals and team work.
I did land some cool accurate right clicks and one decent dragon sword; someone thought I was a decently ranked Genji lol. They don't know that I sucked hard most of the fight save for few moments; it was mostly my muscle memory kicking in from practicing right clicks and resets with Genji.

Should've done like 2 a day or something.
Because of the decay changes for Season 4, you have to play 7 games a week above Diamond to not lose SR. Last season it was just 1 game/week.
If you're asking why I waited so long, just because I've been tired from daylight savings this week and I don't like to play Competitive when I'm unfocused.
Also it's spring break for many people, so it's like one long week of Weekend Overwatch. Ugh.

You can do 1 today and it will push it back 24 hours. Any extra is saved for a max of 7. You don't have to play 7 today, just at least 1.

About time. Should've stopped doing it after 5 minutes. I have no idea why he dragged it for so long.
On PS4, Diamond had way better team comps than Masters. In Masters everyone wants to be Widowmaker or Hanzo. They're actually good at it, but a more reliable DPS would be much better. One that can actually contest. Plus getting headshotted by a widow halfway across the map doing a grapple snipe is annoying as fuck.
I miss diamond.
Is there anyway to keep track of all this in game?

Made it to diamond on my alt account last night (cause PS4 gaf group is always full apparently!), honestly thought I would struggle a lot more than I did but the games went pretty smooth.
This season, I have regained my love of mercy (I used her exclusively in the beta). I'm not stingy with the Rez either, I blow it every 1:30 (if there's 2+ people that are dead). It's so easy to re-gain the charge, I don't see why other Mercy's are so stingy with it. I use it to keep the momentum going, also to low-key not die when everyone around me is dead...which is not good but hasn't burnt me yet!
