I'm pretty new to ow so what's wrong with muselk? I found him randomly on youtube and most videos are a lot of fun to watch. He was mentioned in OP but I don't get the context.

Nothing wrong with him, its just last years World Cup users voted for teams and obviously people voted for the most popular rather than the best and so alot of "content creators" like muselk got voted in where as other countries were smart enough to vote in their best players like South Korea.

This obviously led to games with huge stomps, another notable team like that was Brazil that had like a gold player.

Australia was just called out in the op cause it was the most well known as they got full held on Eichenwalde by a Symmetra and Torb defence.
Essentially they got Memed on and became kind of a joke

If this was another day Denmark could have 3-1 Rogue/France which is scary to think about and also shows how Rogue arnt as unstoppable as they once were.

Map 1: double overtime was literally razors edge and it was soons play that saved rogue.

Map 2: 99-99 on both control points. Denmark had 99 first both times before getting reverse swept back to 99 Feelsbadman.
They almost got the 2nd point and could have taken to a 3rd point but Knoxx booped like 2-3 players into a dva self destruct

Map3: this was a stomp cause they chose Volskaya instead of horizon :/

Map4: Denmark Won.

The score doesnt show how close series was.

its the playoffs, so top 2 teams of each group play against each other to decide the 2 teams that will goto blizzcon.

thailand is the lower seed in group B which is prob why they play china the higher seed

That's just what the current meta is. Actually, that's how Overwatch has always been like. The best defence against a 3-4 tank team is another 3-4 tank team, and now the best defence against a dive team is another dive team.

Fair enough, I'd never argue with the composition decisions of the world's best Overwatch players, but it doesn't actually make for the most varied selection of character picks. Kinda boring watching these teams using the same heroes over and over again and having nearly identical line-ups! I just want to see someone say fuck it and break out a Torbjorn or something.
