We usually get the order of console sales pretty quick via press release, if not the actual numbers.
If Sony puts out a "__ months at number one" press release it will be over fast.
They'll probably delete the article and say that upon reflection it didn't meet their journalistic standards.

Don't agree with the abuse Pachter is getting on Twitter, it wouldn't be the first time he has been wrong. I don't get the hysteria at all.
It is a bit early but going by how confident GAF is that he is wrong a little prep work doesn't hurt.
Makes me think that Keighley was simply following this story and is amused by it all and is wondering if Pachter is going to be around regardless of how right or wrong he was.

Keighley doesn't tease Pachter much but whatever. I'm not exactly invested in this at all. Just think it would be funny. One thing is for sure, I'm expecting a huge number of consoles and games sold.

I never said that it was a system seller. All I said was that I thought they deserved some more sales because of amount of work they're putting in to improve the consumer experience. This is going to be my last post about this in this thread since it's kind of off topic.

NPD was a much bigger deal years ago when the actual numbers would get posted. But because of GAF's massive influence, NPD and its clients got all butthurt and shut down the fun.
NPD Day on GAF is a shadow of its former self.

How are the boxes stocked though? If right side up then Xbox definitely won. If upside dow, then it indicates ps4 won.
