I think this is the one, he has the build in the description, I went to act 3 build but couldn't even do that one because I didn't have that many skill points.

It's all good, there are so many classes and fun to be had, not giving up. I might reset my warrior when I have the money back from the other classes.

I never play Magic classes in these games, maybe I should give it a try for the first time. I always go Unga Bunga class usually haha.

Well, there's a lot of gear in the guild stash, so use that and save your money!

The mercenary crossbow bug has caused me to start a new character.

Started a Ranger and absolutely loving it. Really surprised how quickly i can take out the Act 1 bosses now.

I'm still in tier 1 or 2 out of 16, but so far I'm seeing many more orbs, rare, unique and socketed items than before for sure.

It's the highest tier yeah,but honestly I haven't been lucky with them. All my current gear are rare items, with lots of modifiers thanks to using some exalted orbs on them.

what crossbow bug?

The crossbow fails to fire after a dodge roll.

The most common report is your fired a round, roll out of an attack. Reload animation goes. Needs to roll again. Stand and move. Go to fire and nothing happens.

I've had it seems get stuck for a solid 3 seconds before I can fire. One particular boss is act 2 wasn't hard. But added a new challenge due to rapidly tapping the fire button, waiting for the bow to fire.

It's paid, but aside from access to the EA you also get the equivalent in store points (300) for what you pay to play it (30€).

There are many MTX but you can complete the campaign with them no problem. For the endgame you'll probably want to get some stash tabs that will help you organize all your inventory much faster, but the 300 points you get are more than enough for that.

Endgame bros, what's your current DPS? I'm doing 5.600, don't know if it's enough or if I should focus more or armor nor for my passives.


Mmh, didn't thought about ancestral boosting that thing. Mine has Ingenuity for less cool down, Heft and Rage Forged, for an extra 35% damage if I have enough rage (which I build with my basic attack).

Might try replacing one of those with the Fist of War, bet that provides a vert nice boost.

Edit: you say the second ascension is 1 floor only? It's my second ascension on the trial of act 2, but my thrid ascension actually, since I did both trial of sekamas and chaos temple on normal difficulty already. When I went there I beat the trial of strength but after that had the option to do the trial of will.

Idk how to even quantify my build DPS sadly.

I went full on poison pathfinder. Shit melts. Bosses melt and I can just run around with giga evasion and movement speed without fear.

Things that can kill me:
DoTs
AoE damage hits


Evasion doesn’t work on those unless I take acrobatics node but that in turn nukes my overall evasion so I’d get destroyed.

The only thing I’ve fought that worked me over was being on floor 3 of trial and I had 1709 honor still left. Got to a rare that had such high health region that:

8 stacks of poison
Plague
And plague burst

Was not enough to undo the health regen this asshole had. It was insanely over tuned. The trial is level 66? I was 70.

GGG needs to stop pussyfooting around and nerf trials and health regen on mobs.

Let us fucking ascend dude.

As a level 69 (nice) Mercenary, my guess is that it's not a bug, but you're rolling too early because you're basically animation cancelling out of your reload, and if the reload animation doesn't fully complete, you didn't reload.

That's why I just shoot grenades and drop a yuuuuge mfkn hammer from the gods.

Was waiting on a Stash Tab sale before I decided to get into PoE2. Thankfully that happened a week after the launch. After watching a few videos on what would be the best to get, I got 1 Premium Quad Tab, 1 Currency Tab, and 1 Gem Tab.

Also wanted to make some more progress with a Witch in PoE1 (I'm just barely into Act 2), so to get stashes that apply to both games is real nice.

I don't think you can put quest item in stash, you need to find a green one and put the 3 of them in a big cauldron you find on the map, the reward is only 2 superior flasks, so not sure it's worth redoing it.

Know it's not going to last, but given how it took so long struggling through the 3 acts uncovering every square inch of every map and learning as I went, it's a nice change of pace to be strolling through everything the 2nd time through with this cheesy ice crystal spam and comets. Passive unlocks piling up unnoticed... It's not as fun as my minions and fire, but just want to see what comes after asap.

Was going to ask a question about trading, but as I typed it out it seemed the best plan is to find a video.

Thanks again Rentahamster for putting the skill orbs in the stash, I used them to quickly get new skills, boost my existing ones and have been back and replaced them (and more) as I've levelled.

Is basically barter trade with the ratio set up by the market. You input what you want to get and if you have the currency you have to exchange is basically immediately traded.

BTW, fellow exiles, how's endgame? I'm special interested to hear the people that didn't played PoE1

At endgame sure, but anything before I feel like you gotta sort thru some real bs to find anything decent. Unless you're seeking a specific unique or know you want very specific stats. Prob be pretty easy to find a staff/wand now that I think about it. Didn't look for too long but I suppose you can filter out a lot of junk in a very precise search.

Anyway, I used like 3x eo on a vendor bow cuz I was forced to upgrade to kill the lava forgemaster dude. It worked out pretty good for once lol. I was using someone's guild stash bow for like 15 levels (forget the stats but ty to whoever that was). Now there's no higher level bows in the guild stash haha. I guess I might be in charge of populating that now! I'm now on the last zone of act3 with only that forgemaster giving me any sort of trouble. Going quite smooth.

Since yesterday my map always resets. It's pretty annoying.
Went into the other room for a sec to activate waypoint? Reset. Just went into town for 15 seconds to quick sell? Reset. Is this a bug? I was at act 1 boss on cruel with warrior, played other classes to act 2 and never happened.
Now I started Monk and boom, maps always resets, not the layout btw, just my progress on the map (the fog of war if you will), so I don't see where I went etc. Super annoying.

Yep, and I kind of like it. R1 Souls spam. It sets up AoEs like Bone Shatter nicely.

I do jump to build stun and then boneshatter. Everyone explodes, rinse and repeat.

Boneshatter is the go to warrior move. Made act 2 boss die super quick in the first phase. And second phase is wild easy too.

I dont think so....If you run lower maps, you will get less xp

It feels like my Merc lacks DPS in act 3. I was watching a friend of mine playing Monk and it looked like he does double, of not triple my DPS to a boss.
Not sure how to proceed. Farm gear and upgrade? Buy a new crossbow?

Yes, pump strength points to be able to wear the mace and use the skills and you can do it.
