I bought a sex doll, but I keep it inflated 100% of the time and use it like a regular wife
Left this fella on the guild stash, hope it's useful!

The ring that converts cold to lightning may be good, but not for my current build. It takes away the main advantage cold has: freeze. I'm squishy and need enemies to be still for some seconds to drop Frost Wall, Frost Bomb, Curse, and Comets on their heads. If there is a similar one that does fire/lightning to cold, mixing it up with Fireball or Spark could be very interesting.

The act 2 boss keeps killing me with this wind damage I can't stop. Whats the way to deal with that.

edit: research says stand by your companion. Just like the boss you have to search for her walking around the sides to stop the poison these guys just put random things out don't they.

I'd suggest looking for her icon on the mini map. It's a fair bit easier than seeing her in the sandstorm on your own.

I know the ice strike monk will get nerfed soon enough but man does it make the whole game trivial after level 14.

I’m curious how doable ascension 3 will be on it…

Deleted to make room for other games on my PS5 Pro ...it's not bad but there are some major blunders that really drag this game down for me. The biggest issue by far is the rediculously slow character speed in these huge environments and big dunegeons. It makes traversing to and fro a slow torture ...game is boring as a result. When theres enemies to actually fight its good fun. Game looks great too but damn how did they not see the design flaw here?

Laptop PoEing is okay... would like a few more frames but what can ya do. My best ping comes from Texas which isn't great as that's still over 1k miles away. It was defaulted to Cali still first time I played and the lag was very noticeable. But at 60ms+ it's still pretty noticeable. I guess everything is server side, seems strange as FPS games figured this out years ago.

Anyway finally got my monk just past where my witch was. And did the first ascension thing after a few attempts. Stubbornly tried to beat the boss proper melee style but after the time I got there with 400 honor and a thing that took my honor losses to 50% on the boss and still lost (barely) I gave up and just spammed whatever that ranged ice attack is which made it pretty trivial.

On the bright side the areas I skipped in order to go straight there are all a level lower and I should have plenty of opportunities to drop a bell next to those bosses and murder them in like 5 seconds.

I stopped attacking and just paid attention to the warriors in that phase. Can't remember the rest
I brought her to about 25% of her health a few times but there's always a stupid cheezy attack that comes out of nowhere and insta kills me. Logged out, fuck it

I think is the one in Act 3 when they kidnap Alva.

Ohhhh, that one lol. Dem poison darts, man.

Make sure you have enough chaos resistance for one, and equip a poison charm. Should be gear in the guild stash for that. Her mechanics are a little tough. She telegraphs some of her early moves with voice lines. I try to stick to one side so that I only have to worry about one side of poison darts, but that doesn't work later when the arena shrinks. Rolling towards the direction of the dart wave seems to work well.

CC like stun and freeze work pretty well, but if you're not specced or geared for that it might be hard to slot that in.

This video has some good tips.

Fuck yeah merc bros 🧨🧨🧨🔥🔥🔥

What was the change in strategy that made the difference?
My stubbornness lol
I had trouble when the spearmen attacks the whole screen (finally got the timing right). Everything else I was fine with.

I'm stuck playing on PS5 this week since I had to travel and the framerate with a poison/grenade merc build is horrible. I can't wait to get back home and resume on pc

I’ve got a level 28 Infernalist. Playing solo, still in Act 2. Might try Merch if I do coop. I’ve been sticking to lightning. Storm, shock, and etc. I’m wondering if I’m going to hit a brick wall with my Infernalist, which will leave me grinding for 10 levels here soon. I can get past most of everything once I make them weak against lightning. That has allowed me to do a lot of bosses myself.

The frame rate on the caravan on PS5 sucks and the jitter on the screen blows. Hopefully they fix that.

Haven't had that problem, but I reduced rendering resolution to 1440p from the start.

Hubs are always low performance.

In terms of gameplay, only the mausoleum boss had performance issues.

I get tearing sometimes, tho. And antialiasing is generally not good on base PS5.

Man, I only yesterday found out, by accident, that there are indeed public parties you can join.

That was all I really wanted more from this game, a way to group up with random people at random moments and where I can just drop out whenever.

Game is much more fun in co-op.

Ok, I think my PG is bricked, I went blood mage but my dps started to get worst and worst, now I had switch my skill to have more motion otherwise I couldn't go on, but it sucks, anyone have a nice ( witch/blood mage) build I can take inspiration from?

Finally got through the campaign on my warrior. It was an absolute blast to play this game. Never have played PoE before and I certainly missed out on this gem.
Now I gotta sort through this mess that is my inventory and stash with 5000 materials laying around.

Found a few bugs and things that are probably not intentional, but overall pretty impressive quality for an early access game.

I got the game last night and the controller is pretty damn good. I'd argue it's more comfortable at times due to being able to move in all directions whilst using abilities. I can't really do that with WASD as I'd need to take my fingers off 'A' or 'D' to press 'E' or 'Q'. I suppose old school click to move would be fine too but WASD feels better.
The only problem is navigating around menus with a controller is horrible.

This looks like a really good farm

It's a love/hate situation with these things for me. Hate because just can't help myself when its there, love because free shit, fuck yeah!

So I spent a couple of hours here, took a while to get the right kind of instance. Found I only needed the skill to remove the body very rarely because it never seems to spawn, and it was impossible to break because even respawning didn't remove the body if it was there, so it could be removed with the skill and restarted once again. Got 7 or 8 uniques, most of them early on. At least uniques don't break the game for the most part, they're more interesting curiosities in a way. Plus I got a dupe of the one I had from the guild stash so could put it back so don't feel too bad about it tbh, hadn't even seen one for what felt like a week until I got 2 this morning within 10 minutes playing though the revisit of act 3.

So is there anti-farm in this game? Hated that about Destiny 2 when I discovered it - the more you played the less the game gave you, basically nerfing those with time to burn. Drops doing this were amazing for first 20 minutes, after that it was all whites and blues. Still lots of orbs, but hardly any magic items and very, very rare uniques.

Okay, played all night with the Razer Tarturus and it rocks. For anyone who wants more of a free aim with skills while still having nice control of your character(if you hates WASD like I do)with the analog stick, and better inventory control, I recommend it.

Is this game worth investing into for someone who only plays games for 2hours per day? I really like Diablo 4 but im almost done with it, and looking for the next fix.

Of course. 2 hours everyday is plenty. Besides, right now just 3 acts are available(still a long campaign but half the length of what it will be by next year)and you'll get a headstart on familiarizing yourself with the ins and outs before the leagues start.

I'd say so. The developer said 25 hours for the main campaign, but I'm nearly twice that and I still haven't reached new game plus. After that, you can either start again as one of the other five classes, or start new game plus. And once you're done with new game plus there's an extensive endgame to explore.

The game will eventually function more as a live service game with individual seasons introducing new mechanics, but right now it's just a really good ARPG. If you like the idea of something a little slower paced with combat that actually requires you to avoid attacks, this has been pretty much exactly what I was hoping it would be.

Do we have any kinda timeframe for either swords as a weapon or the druid class ?
Druid and Huntress will be released next, as they're the closest to being done. If they're saying six months to a year for the rest of the game, I'd guess two or three months for the druid, and longer for the swords. Swords will be used by the Duelist.
