I don't get why Penn State fans and students are so upset by this. Even if you are crazy enough to think football>anal rape, shouldn't you be wanting to put this whole thing behind you, get everyone fired and get the inevitable rebuilding process going? This would've happened regardless of when they announced it. They just need to get this out the way as fast as they possibly could. Joe Pa could've lessened the blow had he just stepped down. But he couldn't even do that for the University that he says that he cares about so much.

At the moment no. But considering they were good friends and how he covered for Sandusky and allowed him to continue having access to the college after the allegations never questioning what the outcome of the investigation was....

It really needs looking in to. Birds of a feather tend to flock together. Although those allegations would never be made without clear proof to back it up.
