I'm guessing this. Of course they have to do their due diligence and discuss it at length. Maybe there was a holdout on some of the charges, who knows.News channel says they deliberated over 21 hours.
Long enough to worry? Or More like long enough to go through the shitload of charges in a steady, deliberate process of saying "Guilty" a bunch?
There he is....just...ugh, I can't look at him
The court is about to convene according to FN. They're about to cut off communications to the press in the court room when they do. Could take at least 20 mins to get it.
Yup, no Texting or Tweeting allowed.
Also the sheer number of charges will drag this out a bit.
What channel are y'all watching? I'm ok MSNBC and they just have commentators. Am I missing anything?
I'm guessing this.
I'm a dirty conservative so I'm watching Fox News. Say what you want but they are damn good at covering breaking news.
Hoping so. Just to make sure there's no hiccups when it comes to his eventual appeal. That nothing from the Jury could be overturned.
Fox has a guy outside, but they're back with Shepard and commentators
You have some courage to admit this on GAF

so dumbI love the people just waving at the camera on CNN. Like they think it's a sporting event or something.
Oh I know. I'm weird though in that I'm conservative but very liberal on a couple things like health care for example. But yea for the most part I stay out of political discussions here for that very reason. lol
so dumb
That was quicker than I expected. He going to jail tonight?
The worst thing is that as old as he is, he probably won't serve even 20 years before he finally dies.
According to CNN, 25 felonies and 442 years maximum sentence.
damn. good. justice.

Excellent. Jail him for the rest of his miserable life.

He'll never see his home again
He will be in a protective unit. But I wouldn't be shocked if a guard looked the other way.Well if he's not kept in protection it will be a lot shorter then that.
He hasn't coached a game since 1999....but will he coach a football game!?
You can have pre-sentencing and pre-appeal bond in certain states. I don't know Penn law, so I don't know if it is available there. If it is available whether he will get it. Hopefully not.
