This "PR" guy is basically just an idiot. I wouldn't buy this shit anyway, but now I actively hope it fails.
Apparently this isn't the first time something like this has happened with our boy Paul.
gabe's latest tweet refers to the guy threatening "you'll hear from my lawyer" or whatever, so I'm guessing he doesn't back down soon.

Has 4chan gotten a hold of this yet?
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Costumer support seems pretty easy, be clear and talk politely to people ...
:/
he's not gonna send the mayor of boston after gabe?
Haha, yea. His own emails speak for themself. case closed.ROFL!
What cause? Defamation of character? Yeah, that's not going to happen.

Especially since it started out as a controller to help disabled people, I believe.I feel a bit sorry for the people who developed the controller. It gets shit on by the internet because of 1 bad PR guy.
I didn't read all of it but did anyone contact the Better Business Bureau?

I wwebsite as on the internet when you were a sperm in your daddys balls and before it was the internet.

does he know his eyebrow is doing that?
This bloke reminds me of that character portrayed by Ricky Gervais, David Brent from "The office" BBC show; it's such a total idiot I almost feel sorry for him, it's laughable and pathetic at the same time.
How this bloke was put in charge of customers support, what with his unfriendly trolling attitude and his awfully bad grammar, is just beyond me.
the extra T means Top-notchwait ...the twitter account is @oceanmarketting ?

People keep saying this but I have yet to find any evidence to support it. How does it help disabled people exactly?
edit - Awww shit now I do feel bad for the inventor =/ http://miami.cbslocal.com/2011/04/15/inventive-teacher-gives-disabled-student-control/
Read this:As far as I know, it started off (and still is) marketed as a controller meant for maximizing l33t sk1llz performance. It has the secondary effect of aiding disabled gamers but that never seemed to be a part of the controller's marketed gimmick.

Did you read the article? The guy made it to help this disabled kid, but then went on to sell it to a wider audience including 'pro gamers.'It doesn't (or it wasn't meant to). It's a controller to help people play COD better. You can use the face buttons while keeping your thumb on the right stick and triggers.
The fact that some handicapped people might be able to utilize it isn't a selling point that I've seen.
The question that nobody seems to be able to answer is if this controller is somehow intrinsically tied to this guy who has ins with the Mayor of Boston or if the company that makes the controller just hired a terrible PR guy.
wait ...the twitter account is @oceanmarketting ?
In fact that is what people usually say right before they are never heard of again.
This is far worse than the Duke Nukem twitter fiasco, and that guy got fired. No way this ends well for this douchebag.
From Ocean Marketing's "About Us" page:
I feel like N-Control should have researched Ocean Marketing a little more thoroughly before hiring them (unless they got the okay from the Mayor of Boston or Cliffy B). Clearly OM's business practice does not follow as advertised.
I feel bad that their controller's business will likely be harmed by this, but at the same time N-Control really should have stepped up to the plate and severed ties with OM.
