Great episode, far stronger than the last episode.

Loving the plot development but I am just hooked on the CIA story line.

Just another episode that proves you never know anyone...

Fusco's starting to fall off the wagon a bit. Quinn doesn't seem to give off that evil vibe. Will have to see more of him to make a better judgment.

This episode was amazing. I was rolling on the floor because of the dialogue between Finch and Reese today.

"Finch...what did I just say?"

Also the reference to kneecaps! Great stuff this week, and next week looks even better.

Wow, that just keep layering on more over-arching stories (CIA after him, his rogue CIA friend, Root and the guys trying to stop her and now HR) and intertwining it all.

Great episode tonight! Loved the dialogue between Finch and Reese as usual! Looks like Fusco is in a tough spot, the part where Reese had his back if Simmons was going to be a problem is a nice touch and the inclusion of BEAR :D

Cannot wait for next week's episode, looks fun; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5G20ab4okQU

Finch and The Bear.

Keep getting surprised with the amount of humor in the show.

Things like John putting together the rifle ("people might have issues if I did this in the park")
Finch's confidence in his online flirting skills
Finch realizing he's got the dog with him, and not at Johns apartment.
Seeing all the guns in the closet.

I have to admit, Quinn being the real boss surprised me, since I'm sure everyone saw the whole "squeaky clean Mayor candidate" being real dirty thing coming a mile away.

Love the humor with Finch and Bear, especially that squeaky bone toy.

Loved the music at the end of the episode today. Was that an existing song or a POI track?

I watched all of season 1 really quickly so some characters kind of blend together... have we seen Quinn before this episode? I couldn't remember.

Also, Fusco :( man, I hope this isn't leading to something bad happening to him. I really like him.

The show that keeps on giving.

Great ending song and what a twist.

I doubt they will kill of Fusco or anything. Wish he would just go to John for help.

Amazing episode, I love that HR isn't out of the picture. Plus it was funny as hell
John's closet and "He saves a lot of lives and he shoots a lot of kneecaps" :D :D :D

fantastic episode. cant believe they still have fresh cases and ideas. no case ever felt similar to another and then they go and push the main story forward. still my favourite show on tv atm

Wow! So Zoey seems to be a semi-regular now? Not complaining, mind. The show could use a female every now and then aside from Carter.

Me too! I thought he wised up and was going to ask John for help this time. But then again, his name was in the ledger so he really couldn't do anything aside from tearing that page out.

This is definitely one of the best shows on TV at the moment. Brings back vibes of 24 but with a bit more human and believable slant to it.

I loved the reference when the woman talked about the story of the mysterious man in a suit shooting bad guys in the knees to save people in this week's episode.

Who the hell was the head of HR? Have we met him before? My memory must be fading.

The last episode was the first time we see Quinn, and during the conversation between Quinn and Simmons confirmed Quinn is head of HR.

I don't mind Quinn being the head of HR but it was so rushed there was no build up to it, unlike the Keyser Söze stunt they pulled on us with Elias.

Damn, this episode was like watching a short movie or something. Great ending sequence with the music, fitted perfectly.

Finally caught up on the episode.

That was great. Maybe John should try dating more often in order to get closer to his PoI's. At least the pretty ones. I loved Finch being in PIMP mode, it was brilliant. So damned funny. And man, this show has been casting such gorgeous women. Don't stop, show. I wonder if Maxine did figure it out at the end and just let it go or if she really just couldn't be bothered, haha.

So, the campaign manager as the Big Boss of HR. Now that's gonna be interesting. I liked the actor, so let's see where we go from here. But poor Fusco. John's got his back and he starts keeping secrets again.

I love how they juggle all these big overarching stories that criss cross. So good. And the next episode looks like it's gonna be so fun. And Roy's the perfect of interest, haha. This ought to be good.

I think what I like most about how the show's dealing with overarcing plots is that there's never more than one per episode. The first two episodes this season were Root, the third episode was Snow, the fourth episode was Elias, and this last episode was HR. They manage to bring in a new POI each episode that affects different strings of the overarcing plots, so each episode ties into the overall story but it never gets too confusing or serialized. It's neat.

I wonder if all these plotlines will all converge at the same time. Though I imagine Elias/HR is dealt off on one side while Root/CIA converge and are dealt with on the other side. I wonder what it would be like if Root and Elias met.

The Machine's gonna need to start pumping out Barry White tunes, with the amount of pimping it does :lol

I don't watch alot of SNL, but was that cop an actor from it? Can't remember his name, but I remember him doing a damn good Denzel impression.

The chemistry between Zoe and John is great as always.

I remember at the end of season one, "Here was this man, eating ice cream...in January"

Great call back.

Is Grace the chick Finch dated? My memory is so bad. :/
John finds her in one of the later episodes in S1, where he notices Finch keeps buying a certain copy of a magazine (can't remember which). I believe they dated, I can't be entirely sure but of course, Finch had to fake his death and stuff.

Didn't he also have a wife who died in 9/11 or was he making that up? I can't seem to remember, I really should rewatch S1 (as in, buy the s1 box set)

Grace was Finches fiance before he faked his death. I guess the last episode was to show how they met, basically the machine played match maker a little lol.

I don't believe finch was ever married or lost anyone to 9/11 attacks

Thought it kind of implied that Finch lost someone in 9/11, but then, that was early on, when it seemed possible that whatever happened to Finch's body (the limp) was possibly 9/11 related.

He was walking fine during the casino scenes. Possibly also some other flashbacks, but he had it by the time John came back stateside.

The 9/11 thing I think was from the pilot when he was talking to John. I really need to rewatch S1.

Yeah, later on, it became evident that Finch was hurt much later on. In fact, I want to say it happens after they turned over the Machine to the Government.

They haven't gotten to the point that his partner was killed, but I have a feeling that his injury is fallout from this time.

wait, no comments about the last episode? I loved it! Zoe is always a nice addition and I hope we see more of her, even if she implied that she wont be coming back anytime soon

Alright I just caught up from Episode 4. This last episode (6) was good but 5 is by far my favourite episode of the season.

Feels like a remake of The restaurant scenes from Nolan's Batman movies :lol

This is literally exactly what I was thinking. The entire episode. So much similarities to C Nolan's Bruce & Batman

Like comon..
