and I keep on getting owned half way through the battle when
. Are there any tips you guys can give? (My party consist of MC, Yosuke, Yukkio, and Teddie and they're all in the level 70 range)

Guard before he starts to attack. Make sure you're healed up before then. Use buffs like Marakukaja (Teddie) and Masukukaja (Yosuke) for survivability. Use a Persona with Debilitate if you can to weaken the boss, like Trumpeter.
Alright, I'll try buffing them a bit more, cause I have been guarding and buffing, but it just hasn't been helping

Who's the clone?
Marakukaja is the party defense buff. In Golden you can reapply it whenever, so there's no reason not to have it. Teddie has it too, so you've got it covered twice in one round of combat.
Does Yosuke have Dekaja(S.link skill)? Dekaja removes "kaja" buff skills (including heat riser). If he does, you should be using that to completely get rid of his buffs every turn. If he doesn't, Debilitate Trumpeter should act as a more expensive substitute. Also, if they're 70 ranges, make sure to pick up their "last" Persona lvl up Persona skills, as they're very useful.

Ameno uses the fog before his buffs and Dekaja won't work then IIRC. The same turn he lifts the fog he starts attacking.

Before he attacks, have everyone guard. Guard like there's no tomorrow.
Also it is definitely worth your time to get a Trumpeter with Heat Riser, Debilitate and Mind Charge (which requires getting Taowie, one of its fusion components, up to Level 38 before fusion). Trust me; it'll make that battle much easier.
