Anyway, looking at a few concurrently released games:
- Akiba's Trip PS3 = 4,320
- Akiba's Trip PS4 = 5,374
- Akiba's Trip Vita = 6,991
- Arcana Heart 3 PS3 = 1,509 + 315 = 1,824
- Arcana Heart 3 Vita = 1,191 + 396 = 1,587
- Blazblue Chronophantasma PS3 = 28,776
- Blazblue Chronophantasma Vita = 4,230
- Lost Dimension PS3 = 502 + 151 = 653
- Lost Dimension Vita = 1058 + 393 = 1,452
- Tokyo Twilight Ghost Hunters PS3 = 429 + 162 = 591
- Tokyo Twilight Ghost Hunters Vita = 664 + 464 = 1,128
- XBlaze 1 PS3 = 1,204 + 68 = 1,272
- XBlaze 1 Vita = 1,744 + 136 = 1,880
- XBlaze 2 PS3 = 250
- XBlaze 2 Vita = 374
Fighting games still need home consoles by far
I fear that even though Vita is "winning" some of these, the games haven't really sold enough as a whole to make it worthwhile.
Anyway, it's gonna be very interesting to see some PS4 vs. Vita splits once we get those. The PS4 version of Akiba did well considering it released late. And I know they're different games, but:
- EDF 4 PS4 = 619
- EDF 2 Vita = 257
