PlayStation Plus games for July : Plague Tale: Innocence for PS5, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 and WWE 2K Battlegrounds

Just remembered Blops 4 is that shit pile with no single player.

So… one out of three then worth getting.

2 months were I won't be downloading anything. The crossover with Gamepass is painful, 9 this year.
Enjoy your games people a plague tale is definitely worth a try.

My usual monthly ritual of disappointment.

Poor PS4 players. I mean A Plague Tale is better than nothing for us PS5 owners but man what a shit lineup.

Plague Tale was a big surprise for me. always had good things said about it but never felt it because I never understood it. gave it a chance and it turned out to be one of the best games of last generation. it was easy to start/stop and made me want more contained level design like this and games like Portal2

I was hoping for "Star Wars:Fallen Order" since I figure that's old enough that it'll show up any month now and it seemed like I game I might like.(Problem buying it is it seems every time I buy an older game like that next month it's on GwW or PS+) Guess not.

What's the difference of the PS5 version of Plague Tale and the backwards compatible version of the PS4 original?

I'm pretty sure it's the new one that they were showing stuff for at E3. People had noted that the release date coincided with PS Plus for July and here it is.
They showed an upgraded PS5/Series version of this and they also showed the sequel, Requiem.

This is not Requiem, this is Innocence

The double nut shot of Call of Duty immediately followed up by WWE ... I've seen better months!

Plague Tale is nice, the others I will add to my library and never ever download.

Hm, what makes you think that collection will be expanded? I've always seen that as a thing to give new PS5 owners a collection of good games to start with while the native library is still pretty small, not something that's gonna stay forever or be expanded. Would be nice though.

Is Plague Tale worth the download?

I've never heard of it?
The trailer for the sequel looked very impressive. Released during MS's E3 show this year. Check it out.

The first one gets a lot of praise from people, and is optimized for PS5. It'll set you up for the sequel.

I've been wanting to play A Plague Tale. Very nice.
Same. I heard many on here talking about how great it was, but was just too busy to buy it. Haven't been into Call Of Duty in damn near 10 years now, actually longer. Loved Call Of Duty 4.....thats it lol Last one I really put deep hours in. Played 1,2,3,4 and MW2 was the last straw and just moved on, I like the series at 4 games and I'm just done now lol It doesn't have that lasting power with me like Battlefield and I prefer to just play that 1 IP for FPS online stuff.

Isn't this the one that doesn't have a single player?

lol the last cod that i kinda enjoyed was cod 2 on pc...

WWE Battlegrounds is already free on PSNOW and its complete trash. July might just be the worst month of the year so far.

I've been playing around the demo of Plague's Tale. Now that it's at 60fps with improved visuals on PS5, it's the perfect time to dive in on it.

Another set of games I'll be redeeming and not playing since the inception of PlayStation Plus...

its an agghh for me, what a crap month, i wanted plagues tale on ps4, not just 5.

Not interested in shooting stuff and that wrestling game was pretty terrible if i recall its reviews.

Sad sad puppy, i mean fish. "lollipop_disappointed:

If you've never played A Plague Tale, you're in for a treat.

I picked it up last year to play on PS4 and it was such a pleasant surprise. The sequel reveal was the best bit of Microsoft's E3 show (it's not an exclusive, don't worry).

Oh sweet, can't wait for Plague Tale, been putting it off for years. I wish the CoD game was Infinite Warfare for the SP campaign, does BlOps 3 have a good SP campaign?
LOL, no. Black Ops 4 has a better SP campaign than Black Ops 3 does.

Black Ops 4 doesn't have a SP Campaign.

Plague tale is awesome. I'm super hyped for the sequel looking as if this time the production will be on a level to match the ambition of the 1st game. This is a very welcome addition to the library for a replay before Requiem.

Really happy to get the PS5 version of A Plague Tale. Have been close to buy the PS4 version during promos several times, but decided to leave it for later. But was a game i was very interested in playing.

The others 2 games is a pass for me, but A Plague Tale alone, make it a great month for me.

Yes!!! finally a plagues tale for ps5 all I need is to find a ps5 to play it on
I swear at this point PS5 is an imaginary console I see on internet because it's absolutely nowhere to be found
I've seen one in a store they are real!!!! but it was a show model, all you can do it's just admire the faceplates....
