Weak as fuck. All the AAA games character models looks like shit. The only next-gen game with decent character models has been FF7 Remake, Resident Evil 4 Remake and Demon Souls Remake. How are people giving AAA games like FF16 a pass? It looks like SHIT! Alan Wake looked abysmal too. Why waste money on PS5 when all games look like native PS4.

PlayStation Studios barely even had a presence, which was bizarre.

A lot of the usual same-y indie arthouse games I just don't care about and they spent more effort on transitions than procuring announcements.
Only things I liked were Phantom Blade, Dragons Dogma 2 and Granblue Fantasy Relink.

Sony not making sense to me right now.

No slim, but a shitty streaming tablet that’ll probably cost £300 and some earbuds that will also cost a bomb.

Spider-Man 2 looked rough in parts, Miles Morales still sounds like an annoying whiny cunt and to be honest. Didn’t look like a game I have to spend £70 on.


Highlights: Journey 2, Marathon and Dragon’s Dogma.

I couldn't wait for this to be over. Only bright spots were Alan Wake 2 reveal and Spider-man gameplay but that segment was just too long. I'd rather play it than watch it.

Dragon's Dogma and MGS3 are probably 2025. New Sony multiplayer games .... DOA.

All in all far too much filler and no real surprises since we already knew about AW2, DD2 and MGS3. Very disappointing.

Showcase would have been A tier if they had included TLOU multiplayer and Wolverine. Bungie Marathon was a nice surprise. They held back too many first party games. Where was Twister Metal, Horizon Online and Santa Monica new IP?

I was disappointed, nothing wowed me really , if it wasn’t the decent Spider Man showing I would say it was close to lacklustre.

A lot of these games you would be forgiven for thinking they were on PS4. As Ryan said , three years into the lifecycle!

The GAAS shit was terrible. MGS3 trailer was terrible. All the weeb shit was terrible. All the PSVR shit was terrible. All those artsy-fartsy abstract conceptual trailers were terrible. FUCK all the NOT ACTUAL GAMEPLAY trailers. Even Spider-Man 2 looked boring as shit, how is that even possible? So much on-rail QTE bullshit. You really wanna close your most important show with a game you actually revealed? Really???
