Could be anywhere
Lol that's sadCould be anywhere
Thanks for this.
Can anyone explain why some have asterisks next to them?
after tweaking the back-end, my mobile browser finder is cranking at about 1 good scan per 10 seconds and no empty scans. https://pokemonnearby.io/
a stab at indicating rarity.
Dude that's like....so many Incubators.
That's a lot of Pokemon Coins
Haha, nice congrats! I hope that I'll have that luck one day. XD
Dude, that's like a bunch of tacos.
I constantly get garbage from lures anyway so no loss.
A magikarp just ran away on me...
Great work on this, dude, quick question - is the rarity displayed based on overall results returned or is it regional/local?
A Zubat just ate a Razz Berry, then took three Pokeballs and one Great Ball before running away.
I find this more funny than sad. Fuck Florida this time of the year, I grab my pokestops from my car at the park.Is it wrong/sad that I'm really considering buying a remote control car to strap my phone to and walk my eggs? It's hot as fuck outside. I'd even consider setting up a camera on it.
Some people have reported that simply restarting their phone fixes it, so you might want to try that before reinstalling :3I think I might do that too. Just reinstall the game. I'm using my google account, so it should save all my progress....
Right guyz!?!!?!?
overall results, which are random but biased to USA I imagine.

Ok, after trying this out for a bit, it seems to give slightly more accurate locations and finds many of the pokemon that pokevision misses while still finding the ones that pokevision does too:

In theory everything is stored server side so there shouldn't be any loss from a reinstall, though admittedly I haven't tried it myself yet

It is better to have found and lost than never found at all? ;DWow, its 1am and I'm already in bed just browsing. Read your comment, thought I will try this tracker out and scan my location.
Scanning... Lapras right in my yard.
Get my phone, fire up the app. Lapras appears. Cp 388.
Throw berry, throw ultraball, Lapras runs away.
Don't know how to feel. At least it wasn't a high CP. Then I would be really pissed.
Farewell Lapras.
Yeah, it does seem to object to losing focus on my phone for too long (requiring a refresh to bring the map back sometimes) and it seems to be designed for a PC screen in terms of size rather than a phone. Hard to argue with how effective it is thoughonly 10 second wait.....is actually showing other players scans as well nearby. Damn this website fucking makes pokevision look like a joke.
They just need to make it more phone friendly

This makes Pokevision look very poorly made in comparison
Found 3 arcanines and a ninetails already

seems like it still scans a very small area, i just wanna find charizard.
Of course... but I don't want to make a PTC account just to use it so this works a bit better for moiyes, if I'm using PC though

Not sure about incense but I had a dratini spawn right on top of me when I was among 3 lured pokestops. Never saw one there before or after during the hour or two I was there thoughCan rare pokemon spawn at lures and/or from incense?
Yes.Can rare pokemon spawn at lures and/or from incense?
*Catches Wild Ivysaur
*Sees you need 100 Bulbasaur Candy to evolve into a Venusaur
...
I guess I'm not getting a Venusaur.
not just a possibility, this is my reality around here. Here's one of the lists that has been posted to a group i'm in, I contributed some to it myself:I'm curious about the possibility of collaboratively reporting nests especially when/if they block the assist tools like pokemap etc.
it's pretty awesome to plan an excursion specifically to a nest to farm something or to fill in the dex spot. I've done this 3 times so far and each was a pretty great day.Pine Island Park: Mankeys
Heritage Park: Growlithe
Flamingo Park: Jynx
TY Park: Jynx, Onyx
Happy Dog Tail: Voltorbs
Hollywood Broadwalk: Seel/Abra/Omanyte/Kabuto/Dodou/Blastoise
Markham Park: Hitmonlee
Central Park: Bulbusaur
Tradewind Park: Lickytongue
Cypress Park: Ponyta
John Williams: Onyx
Vistaview Park: Charmander
Sugar Sand Park: Pikachu
Lauderhill Sports Complex: Ghastly
Tamarac Sports Complex: Machop
Yup, but it scans it super fast and has a low 'cooldown' before scanning again plus it seems to add everyone else's scans into the mix. The more people who use this the more potent it seems to get XD
Sadly not many people using it in edinburgh right now else that "find rare pokemon (world search)" thing would be awesome :3 (it only shows pokemon that have been revealed by current scans and haven't despawned yet sadly)
edit:
Of course... but I don't want to make a PTC account just to use it so this works a bit better for moi
What does the asterisk mean?after tweaking the back-end, my mobile browser finder is cranking at about 1 good scan per 10 seconds and no empty scans. https://pokemonnearby.io/
I don't want it used by non neogaf members so Quote to see access password here :
The trackemon filter search doesn't work for me. I continue to see every type of pokemon even when I try to filter out the stuff I have already caught.
