Flannery's Torkoal is obliterating my team. Too bad for me, the last two Pokemon I want happens to be Trapinch and Feebas, so I have no counter. :(.

Wow, didn't expect to get the rest of the legendaries so quickly through the GTS. I knew it was easy but I expected a couple of days, not a couple of hours.

Oh well, got all legendaries, 6th gen versions. Gonna send them off to XY just for the pokedex to have them as pentagon instead of pokeball then they can stay in the bank.

So... A day of SRing, and I'm looking at this Latias:


#380 Latias [Timid]
IVs: 30, 31 / 30, 31 / 30, 31 / 4, 5, 6 / 30, 31 / 30, 31
Stats at Lvl 30: 97 / 55 / 68 / 72 / 92 / 88

That SpA stat is killing me. I don't need a 30/31 in attack at all, but all its defenses are right on target (and speed, too). Should I keep this one or keep going?

Legendaries aren't worth much these days. All you need to do is add "5IV" to the comments of a Pokemon you're trading and you'll get pretty much anything.

Make sure to actually put perfect Pokemon if you do that and don't be a jerk like so many people on the GTS D:

I have both versions of the game and two 3DS systems.

Can I streetpass myself to transfer it to my Omega Ruby file?

Just finished the Delta episode and it was great. The story was pretty interesting and Zinnia's battle music was AMAZING. I also loved being able to take on Wallace's champion team, I just wish they let him have level parity with Steven's team. The only thing I didn't like was having to refight random Magma grunts with low level mons.

At the Battle Resort now and I found the
replica of the Battle Tower
and guy who mentions
Scott and Lucy.
Wtf Gamefreak.

Beat the game while hanging out with the family for Thanksgiving today. Really just blew threw the last few Gyms and the E4. Steven almost gave me some trouble, since I was low on PP for some important moves, but pulled it out through sheer attrition.

I did get a Modest Kyogre on only my second try, so that made me real happy.

Now to breed my first OR/AS competitive team and blow through Delta Episode. Really looking forward to DE. Seems like it'll be a great ride.

Why the fuck does Gamefreak do this? Do they think it's funny? The only people touching the Battle Maison are the hardcore fans. The ones who've been giving them money for the last 15 years. And they think it's funny to pull this shit on us all the time?

Elite Four is currently wrecking me - decided to train up a Gardevoir to take on Drake, thus the low level of my Gardevoir atm. Furthest I got was to Steven's 2nd pokemon. Here is my team:

1. Gallade Lv. 66
2. Gardevoir Lv. 31
3. Camerupt Lv. 58
4. Swellow Lv. 60
5. Gyarados Lv. 49

First time through?

I beat them first time through with most of my team at level 45.

Though I did use kyogre in emergencies. :p

Hmm going through battle Maison texts, I missed this in my first pass through (I think I searched for 6 months rather than six months, doh):

I preferred the XY version (and yes the ORAS version is like that in all languages*).

*-The Japanese version of the you win line is the exact same except カラテおう　だったのに (I was a Karate King) is replaced with マダム　じゃったのに (I was a Madame) I guess in that sense you can say the localizers kept it in by being ambiguous.

Another Battle Maison thing I noticed in a stream. In multi battles with AI partners can we not choose our friends anymore, the streamer had friends and yet their selection was the default 4 NPCs. I wonder if this will make super multi rank even more of a chore than it was (I'll miss you choice scarf Eruption Typhlosion).

The restaurant this time has silly rules such as can only participate once a day and you only get a few turns.

But something else that you can only participate in once a day...secret bases. There are loads of QR codes out there for secret bases with 3*level 100 Blissey trainers (I think people got multiple trainers in the base too and you can do something like invite the trainer to the base to battle them again). The Blissey also have healing wish so the first two auto faint. I've heard you can't battle them on the day you add them though.

Oh, I haven't seen the other two but seen the Hex Maniac. Didn't know it was for that, and didn't know both bikes are for ORAS only. Neat.

Well a slightly different twist on them but the same concept (triples so healing wish fails but toxic orb). Triples man...having to watch the EXP bar...still the full party can get all EXP.
