I hate the coconut headed bitch look on Rihanna. The weave looks cheap and plastic. Instead of making 2 videos and splitting the budget she just should have made one quality video.

I prefer the second one, she looks cuter and I like the colors but having them in just one location doing nothing... zzz...

The second one is just Drek and Rhenna in a pink room barely doing anything.

As per, the inclusion of Drake makes it awful. If I were voting i'd choose the first over the second. I'm not sure why Rihanna thinks we need to see her tits in every video. But her looking super young in the second vid with her tits out and Drake looking like a rapey uncle in his ever present sweat suits was not a good look.

Drake is looking more and more like a Hip Hop version of Bane and it's a bit off-putting, though I think it's cute that he insists on wearing an extra large hoodie at every possible venue.

These videos are BAD. I knew Rihanna would act more contrarian this era, but she's serving anti-effort lately.

You have to refresh the YT window for it to count as another view no? I remember that being the case unless something has changed.

Rihanna is the only pop girl with two video of the year awards. None of the other girls have it so I don't see how Gaga is a "golden standard" in this day and age.

Oh duh. Yeah that's a great video. Rih has really strong videography, though it's hard to compare them. Rih doesn't really have a distinct style so there isn't much fluidity in her work. Beyonce's pretty consistent, Gaga too. Katy's are also eclectic but that's more due to her having no grounded personality/style versus being multifaceted. Man she sucks

Gaga videos have been overwrought pretentious messes ever since Bad Romance. Edge of Glory was the only good one and that's because she decided to tone it down. You guys need to stop with this Gaga having actual good videos mess.

She treats a music video like an event and I appreciate that about her. Funny enough, "effort" is often a rare commodity when it comes to pop girls' MV releases. Gaga may over-reach often but she's in a very very small company of pop stars who have never made a lazy video. Whether you like the final product or not, the bitch tries.
