All I'm wanting is Undertale so that I can see what the fuss is about. Maybe Rocket League as well.
The problem with Call of Duty is Activision is well aware there is little to differentiate the each game released the past decades though I believe they have finally done something to avert that slide the past couple of releases.
As a result of this Activision tends to not discount COD games very well in an attempt to advertise their most expensive version.

The PC version runs so well and supports the DS4. Psyonix recently announced the QOL patch which will unlock the framerate to 250, so it'll be perfect with your monitor. Should be sweet.

The GOTY deals have been amazing. There just have never been amazing deals on the individual DLCs for folks who bought the base game before the GOTY version existed.
I missed the Autumn sale, dailies/flash don't exist anymore?
75% off the only 2 DLCs I'm missing
I'd buy the GOTY if I didn't have 1 DLC already, as I did for New Vegas before (once again, Bethesda...)

It'll probably be $13.99 (-30%) like last sale. I wouldn't be surprised if it's cheaper on GreenManGaming with a coupon.
Not for the Autumn or the Winter sale. They might change back in the next Summer sale if they think the idea didn't work out. But chances are that the change will be permanent.
