Farmboy said:Just finished it. As convoluted as the story is, I did enjoy it better than that of the first two.
One question though, to those who've finished it: I may have missed this (or even accidentally skimmed through it), but is it ever explained. It seemed to me that, with the information he had at that point, how Layton found out that Dimitri is a mere pawn of Clive? Or even how he knew 'future Luke' was even named Clive? Seemed like he sort of jumped to that conclusion.Layton should be quite content to simply believe Dimitri to be the sole mastermind
I won't feel confident until the forth game is officially announced for the US and London Life is confirmed to be in the game.jesusraz said:This is the first of the three I've felt inclined to complete every single aspect of...hence I ended up giving it 10/10 for Cubed3's review
Roll on the fourth game and the Brownie Brown RPG that's included ^_^
One version of the Japanese release of Diabolical Box came with the mini-game Layton's London Holiday which features 12 puzzles from Curious Village. It also had an Inazuma 11 demo, I believe.Rez said:what feature did they remove?
I know about the layton figure, but what do the shotty and mecha hands belong to?Forkball said:

Was I the only one who picked 3 and 5 still thinking "Turn the 5 upsize down, 2 + 3 = 5!" due to the plate puzzle, and finding out "Haha, no, 3+5=8 though, YOU WIN!"

Might like to add the small print:Oxx said:Nice to see that they have already started advertising the game on UK tv a full ten days before release.
And I just looked on the NOE site and noticed that they're offering a nice little Layton sleeve/box to Club Nintendo members that have registered all three games:

Now to claim my free Layton case from NOE so that I can cover-up the superior Euro box-art.
Luigison said:I haven't gotten very far in the game, but shouldn't the title be "!elzzuq a s'tI"? (I mostly play my DS when traveling or waiting for something like my daughter's dance class.)
I'm a little less patient and i used about 30 hint coins already, but i decided not to use more.Oxx said:I think I must have become dumber or at least less patient since the last game.
I have already had to turn to a FAQ for three out of the first thirty puzzles.
