So enlighten my ignorant ass - this is pretty much "Dark Souls 3" from the same studio/developers but exclusively for the PS4? Looks pretty sweet though I dunno if I would jizz myself over it
Hidetaka Miyazaki directed Demon's Souls and Dark Souls and only supervised Dark Souls 2, and many of the 'key/'higher up' people disappeared as well, leading people to believe that the 'B' team did Dark Souls 2 while the others are on this game with Miyazaki once again in the director seat.

From should have been the ones entrusted with reinventing 3D Castlevania, not Mercurysteam. From the ambiance to the exploration to the difficulty, Souls has always felt like a spiritual successor to Castlevania.
Why are you telling us to temper our expectations on twitter? Sony's E3 consists of this and only remasters? Thats disappointing.

Yeah the most important thing to remember is that souls games aren't big open world things with tons of cinematics that drive up the dev time and budget through the roof. The returns they get are so good for the ratio they're swinging at. And even though DS2 wasnt AS good as DS1, the idea of having holdover souls games inbetween the main releases is so fucking good. These games are addicting and I need to have them more frequently or i'll die.

What the hell are you talking about? I didn't understand the port begging issue. Im just saying, if the game is a sequel to Demon Souls which is a Sony exclusive and Dark Souls is the multiplatform release, then why is there port begging for what was an exclusive. I didn't even mention the port begging aspect but asked a question on why it was such a concern. I don't know Wtf is up with you on the other hand.

Maybe some sort of voodoo magic or some shit..that'd be boss. As for the gun, I'm sure the A-team knows what they are doing when it comes to the PvP. Especially considering how popular DKS2's pvp is atm.
