No, they are usually more open about that than PEGI.
Bulletstorm is the prime example of what USK wouldn't like: Extreme violence against humans + you get bonuses for being more violent.

You can buy PS Vita content on PS3 AFAIK, so it should be possible.
I'd bet against Hot Shots Golf, as that's coming to PS3 soon, and they wouldn't want to cannibalize themselves. Unless they were to put it for free on both systems... but nah, I think they'll want to ramp things up now for the holidays. Though I thought that before Blitz was announced...

If you own WipEout HD + Fury for PS3, you got the DLC for free the Vita version of Wipeout both HD + Fury
So most already have free WipEout HD, now we might get Vita version

Hell Yeah is pretty awesome. The loading screens are way too long and the controls could be much, much better, but aside from that the game is pretty fun. It's amazing how many unique mini-bosses there are.

Wouldn't mind seeing Escape Plan on the Plus side of things. Already got Wipeout as part of the Vodaphone 3G promotion so no point getting that again. Picked up retail copy of Hotshots Golf for £5 the other week so don't mind too much if that comes out. Will just sell my boxed copy.

Isn't Undead Nightmare completely stand-alone, like InFamous Festival of Blood? I could be wrong, though.
In any case, if it's regular DLC there's no reason why it shouldn't work with RDR from PS+.
PS+ versions of games are exactly the same as digital versions but tied with subscription, so any DLC for any game on PS+ should have no problem working.
And Undead Nightmare can be played standalone, which is why it is like 8-9GB.
