Is there any script to remove Bieber-related trending topics from Twitter? I think I would even pay for that. That shit appears even in my tailored trends, for whatever reason.

Sorry but I don't know both languages and it's hard to spot the differences when there are few words writtenlikethis

It's okay, they're very similar so it's a very common mistake.

It will seems like damage control but in a way there is something double edged about the xbox reveal anyway. When you think about it.

This will be about third party game a lot.

Pros : First showing of blockbuster games on the xbox
Cons : Tonight reveal is also a PS4 promotion.. We will see for the first time many PS4 games tonight..

A lot of multiplatform games will be announced without any mention of other versions.

The #XboxReveal promoted trend was appearing yesterday on Twitter (or at least that is when I noticed it).

I think both are a bit pointless, they will both get a lot of buzz naturally.

Definitly, but most people know they are.
And in the end they will see them on both console in stores.

But that's also an advantage as i was saying, thus the double edge sword.
PS4 reveal was only about PS4.

My suggestion--Trending Topics are worthless as-is, 99% of them are stuff that teenagers are spamming--so just use adblock to block the box containing trending topics.

Paying to be a trending topic (Sony, MS, or whatever) has to be the most pate... I mean worthless investment ever. Legitimate, but ultimately worthless IMO. Who really cares, actually?. Is this what they consider "marketing" now?.

Paying for this stuff is the saddest waste of money. People will talk about what they want to talk about; they won't talk more (at least, bar commenting on the existence of a trending topic) just because somebody pays to put it at the top of a list. So infuriating.

You do realize the irony of your post right?

It's seen by the millions of people who use Twitter. Of course it make sense for either company to do it.

If Sony really wanted to drop their nuts they would rent a blimp and fly it over the tent with the slogan "PS4, Above and Beyond" on the side of it. I'm pumped for the Xbox reveal (been up for 3 hours) but that would be classic.

Imagine you're a twitter user, you play games, but you didn't know the PS4 was something that existed. Bam, now you do. Even without clicking on it, you get a ton of basic awareness. And that's possible in part because they kept the naming scheme.
