Your advice makes no sense, first you tell people to improve themselves. In this case how to interact with girls. Then you tell them not to practice tried and true techniques that for some people come naturally.

Spontaneity and genuine human interaction will come with practice. When the person no longer has think about his technique and just behaves and reacts instinctively.

I'd say five/ten years ago there was an underground swelling of PUA on the internet and individual dating coaching which has spread. And what we are seeing here is escalation.

Plenty of poor sods who will try anything to be in 'control' of a situation.

Plenty of scammers online who will take advantage of this desperate people who wouldn't be able to get a date if their life depended on it.

In the end, all people have is a fear, a fear and inexperience of communicating with the opposite sex. And all they should do is get guided simple advice, continue to have further experience in communicating with the opposite sex, in two way communication in both verbal and body language, and experiment with what works and what doesn't. People are too fucking scared to fail and see every target as the be all and end all. You need 10,000 hours to be a master at something and yet people will always want to take shortcuts.

PUA companies exist because there is a lack of meaningful dating advice for men.

They're only taking advantage of an underserved market. I think most of them are hucksters personally, but what alternative does a guy with zero success with women have when he looks online?

There are way better resources that are free and require more long term effort, but If a guy is mess dating wise these pua companies have marketing down pat and are all over the net.

She responded by punching him straight in the nose and hit him so hard that his nose exploded in blood.

Because Houston police were already there for security detail (that's how they moonlight) they questioned both parties, witnesses, and called paramedics because of the amount of blood the douchebag was leaking. It looked as if he'd been stabbed in the face. It turned out there was a live PUA boot camp in the club that night hosted by some out of town PUA guru who advocated grabbing butts and/or breasts as the initial contact and the offender was one of his protégés demonstrating to the students how it's supposed to be done.

My cousin wasn't charged with anything (self defense), the PUA douche was arrested and charged with sexual assault, and the guru was brought in for questioning. I don't know what became of them.
