Avocados are so good. My friend taught me a green mashed potatoes recipe where you mash avocados with the potatoes. Really good. Also I'm trying to come up with a green eggs and ham recipe using avocados.

Oh shit that Avocado Mash Potato sounds delicious and I'm totally copying that and saying it was my idea.

What? No.

Red onions have a real sharp taste raw, white onions taste awesome when caramelized.
Dried fried onions are yummy too.

Yup. I can do raw reds and caramelized whites. Raw white onions though...blech. Not sure how anyone likes raw white onions.

"How about something with some protein, maybe? Something green, huh? How are you even alive?"

One of my favorite episodes.

Is this a safe place where I can profess my dislike of Breaking Bad?

You seem to hate everything, lol. Sure though, why not. Everybody gots dat preference.

There's a lot of TV I don't like.

And yet I've been watching Chopped with FK for the last 2 weeks. :-/

Lol I was just talking to a girl at work about binge watching chopped. There's so many season.

And Breaking Bad is pretty good. On Season 4 now.

There are some really great highs in Breaking Bad, but imo I wasn't as much of a fan of the show as most. First few episodes are amazing, and then most of the show just turns super slow with mostly family problems. And I wasn't even one of the people that hated Skyler.

I think the last season was amazing though.

I understand "I could never watch that" but if you hate it I just got to know why. I didn't love it as much as some, but man was it a trip.

Imma write what i wanna eat tomorrow so i check it here.

Breakfast: protein shake with milk + peanut butter with jam and toast + two boiled eggs and a few random fruits

Snack: kebab or indian chicken and beef

Lunch: Japanese rice and chicken with peach tea on the side
Chips and chicken wrap

I liked S1 and most of S2, but the finale of 2 and what led up to it were both too stupid for me to forgive. The entire Jesse/Jane plot and how it's resolved is ridiculous and poorly written (IMO) and soured my opinion of that season. The 4th season though is where it completely falls apart for me and I just lost interest. It had gotten so far from it's roots and had turned into a drug fantasy comic book starring a main character who has no redeemable qualities and is only alive through Deus Ex Machina. I watched half of season 5 and just gave up on it after that.

The first two seasons were pretty good though.

It's on my list, but I haven't seen it yet.

I haven't seen it since 2009, but if I'm not mistaken, it ends abruptly because it was canceled without having resolved the story. It was bretty gud regardless.
They use the phrase "damn cocksuckers" a lot.

Speaking of Mads Mikkelsen, everyone should check out The Hunt. A superb foreign film.

I'll have to check it out. Speaking of superb films, any US Netflix subscriber that hasn't seen it yet aught to check out Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I feel weird even suggesting it because I feel like everyone should have already seen it and holds a high opinion of it.

Like any good knocking of the proverbial boots, it needs momentum is all. Then passion takes over.

Yeah, but I, for one, had a pretty good idea I was going to like that before I tried it; nothing about Breaking Bad makes me want to start watching it.

I hate almost all TV, even shows liked by people I like and whose taste in movies I share.

I thought season 3 was the strongest, but if you asked me to tell you what happened in it I'd probably get it wrong.
I usually don't delve into long dramas like that, but I like Cranston and had seen a handful of episodes on TV when it first started so I decided to watch through it last year. One of the most overrated shows ever. So many friends and peers went on and on about it, how it was "the best show ever made", if that's the case, then TV isn't for me.

That said I've got 3 episodes left of True Detective and I've enjoyed that so far.
