I think the NX will be called the Nintendo MasterBoy and consist of a console base station that a break-away handheld (that is also a controller) can slot into. The base station being the 'master' and the handheld being the 'boy'.

I'm a Game Developer working in a mid-sized Dev Team working on an PC indie game port in Europe.

Update 5: There is a Nintendo Direct planned before the Nintendo Investor meeting. Nintendo will announce it within the next few days.

Nintendo will have a big E3 Press Conference and a lot to cover.
