Your initial post here was bad and it has nothing to do with political affiliation or gangs (lol). Your reasoning was awful and the post didn't make sense. Perhaps you could try evaluating your own faults without hiding behind accusations of unfairness and persecution?
A large part of Trump's political brand and political strategy is based on attacking media institutions. CNN is an enormous media institution. An unnamed (well, I guess named now) British spy is not. Attacking Chris Steele isn't going to whip his supporters into a frenzy in the same way that attacking CNN will.
Accepting the report would sow the seeds of doubt, so they have to go wholesale against the media itself.
It's a common theme period. "Non-Americans" come into Trump thread, defend him, then say they're not actually supporting him by defending him.
