Sorry if this is old, search function doesn't seem to be working. There's a new Time article about the Governor of Illinois', Democrat Rob Blagojevich, attempt to pass laws making it a misdemeanor for retailers to sell or rent violent or sexual video games to minors. He was apparently aroused to the evil of video games by JFK Reloaded, the hottest selling game of the season (dripping sarcasm.) Not a particularly bad article it's just frustrating as hell the quotes they use, such as Blagojevich saying the videogame industry targets its products at kids. If this were the case people would be eating crow for criticizing Nintendo as the kiddie. It's just uninformed politicians looking to appease soccer-moms and not realizing the average gamer is in his twenties. The only other frustrating part was describing the sex in GTA:SA saying it left little to the imagination. You know what leaves little to the imagination? THE TITLE OF THE GAME. That there is an issue about parents being uninformed about a game whose title is a felony goes beyond my capability to comprehend. /rant
