France were like this against last week too. They gave up once Ireland went more than two converted try's ahead. The lack of pride in these professionals is shocking. There'll be a few retirements, a new coaching staff and a lot of soul searching.
Funny thing is they've appointed Guy Noves as their new head coach. He's a legend in the club game having won everything there is to win as Toulouse head coach. But in recent years his side have lost their attacking flair and started getting demolished by supposedly inferior sides. His selection decisions have also becom more and more baffling. I'm not sure if he'll actually be an improvement on France's current set up.

Awful stuff from France tonight. Just gave up once Picamoles got binned. NZ look lethal but they were allowed to look lethal.
Wales did themselves proud, was really hoping they would hold on, but Alex Cuthbert just had to have a say in the match.

Definitely a poor note to sign out on but on the bright side, at least he went out on his feet, not in the hospital like Jean de Villiers, Tony Woodcock and Paul O'Donnell. There's a lot of greats retiring after this RWC (too many IMO).
Anyway, I've taken the win in and while I'm still stoked with the result, I do feel bad for the French fans now. This is anecdotal evidence but I'd probably rate French rugby fans as the nicest group of rugby fans on the planet and I don't think they deserve to be represented like that. I don't pay much attention to the T14 so all I hear is rumblings of the decline of "French flair" but hopefully you guys sort it out over the next couple of years but rugby would be a sadder sport without a strong French team.
There was about 15 points in it, with France having momentum, when Picamole got sinbinned for giving McCaw a wee punch.
