I finished the game with that modpack about 2 months ago, from start to finish, including a lot of side content. I have no idea what you're talking about. Nothing was broken, and the LOD handling was exactly what you'd expect from a game designed to run off a spinning disc. Is there pop-in when you're going at full speed? Absolutely. But calling it broken is disingenuous.

You clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Just a few minutes ago you were saying you need to spend HOURS to make the game run. Come on now.

the game has LOD issues that need a complete revamped in coding

These were fixed in Fusion Fix last year

Just tested it, it actually improves a lot the LOD issues but there are still problems, when turning around the camera many buildings dissapear and reappear, its quite jarring. I prefer the developers fixing this well but I appreciate the effort those modders made too
