Putin horror: Russian leader 'capable of GENOCIDE' - chilling warning over 'mass killings'

VLADIMIR Putin is "capable of genocide" and will follow Russia's invasion of Ukraine with "ethnic cleansing and mass killings", a foreign policy expert has chillingly warned.

Since Putin gave the go-ahead for the war on February 24, thousands of troops have rushed into Ukraine and waged a violent battle against their neighbour. Missiles have struck several buildings, leaving a path of destruction as millions of Ukrainian refugees desperately flee the country in fear of Putin's regime. In the five weeks until midnight on March 29, the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) had recorded 3,090 civilian casualties in Ukraine - 1,189 killed and 1,901 injured.

On Wednesday UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet said Russia may have committed war crimes by killing civilians and destroying hospitals in its pounding of Ukrainian cities.

Nile Gardiner, a foreign policy expert and former aide to Margaret Thatcher, has warned Putin is becoming "increasingly deranged and unhinged" and there is "no end to the evil this monster is capable of".

He told Express.co.uk: "Putin poses a huge threat to the freedom of the world today. This invasion is an act of barbarism and complete madness. He looks increasingly deranged and unhinged.

"I'm very concerned about what comes next.

"Putin will follow the invasion with occupation and quite likely ethnic cleansing in Ukraine, as well as mass killing.

"We should be prepared for the possibility of Putin setting up concentration camps, and inflicting horrific, horrendous suffering on the Ukrainian people.

"He is capable of genocide - he doesn't care at all about human life.

"We are looking at savagery and barbarism on an epic scale with Putin, so we cannot underestimate what is happening and what might happen."

Mr Gardiner further warned: "He doesn't care how many people will die, even if that is hundreds of thousands.

"What we saw in Srebrenica in the Balkans a few decades ago, this is what Putin is capable of on a much bigger scale.

"There is no end to the evil this monster is capable of.

"Putin and his regime have no intention of pulling back - they are going for the kill."

Earlier this week, Ms Bachelet told the Human Rights Council on Ukraine: "Homes and administrative buildings, hospitals and schools, water stations and electrical systems have not been spared.

"Indiscriminate attacks are prohibited under international humanitarian law and may amount to war crimes."

The UN official said her office had received credible allegations Russian forces had used cluster munitions in populated areas at least 24 times, and that her office was also investigating alleged use of cluster munitions by Ukraine.

Russia has frequently denied using such weapons or targeting civilians since the start of the Ukraine invasion, describing it as a "special operation" to disarm and "denazify" its neighbour.

She added: Civilians are enduring immeasurable suffering, and the humanitarian crisis is critical.

"In many areas across the country, people urgently need medical supplies, food, water, shelter and basic household items.

"Above all, they need the bombs to cease, and the weapons to fall silent."

Because the afghanistan mess was 20 years ago.

Because all the beefin with Iran in the Gulf was 20 years ago.

And the fuck that's got to do with any thing at all? Fuck man, people can criticize the circumstances without reaching 2 decades back about things that have absolutely nothing to do with Putin invading Ukraine.

Even if you playing whataboutism no one is even defending the US's mistakes there. So what's your point?

Sickening thread.

Seeing the Russian genocide plans laid out in easy to follow hindsight with all the evidence in contrast to trying to reason it out in the moment as it was happening against the background of propaganda and humanistic expectations is bringing some thoughts on how lucky Europe was the Ukrainians were prepared and fight like they do.

No wonder Russians are so fucked up and think everyone is trying to destroy them. Projection's one thing, but there's also a reasonable fear of reprisal to constantly live with in their thinking. Where if concealed plans fail and their genocide revealed before they could force others to watch helplessly then Russian fascists become victims of the fate they wanted to inflict.

With the level of bloodshed planned for Ukraine/Moldova that could have been their expected start to a decade of war. All the old Soviet states, maybe even as far as the Russians could drive into Europe could have been planned for genocide.

Russia's not going to say 'my bad' and go home.
Meaning, as the Ukrainians and others pointed out, Russia calling up another those conscripts recently is to continue attacking.

Wonder if those Russian soldiers sick with radiation poisoning from the Red Forest might be radioactively dangerous to others as well as their equipment in their retreat.

Anachronistic-ally

Read 'anachronistic claims' described as Putin trying to reload a save in a game without that mechanic.

Russians interviewed say that they're hopeful things will get back to normal in a month or so.

I may sound bloodthirsty, but, given how, at best, uninterested, at worst actually encouraging, the average Russian has been regarding the invasion, I hope they SUFFER.

I've heard/seen some intercepted comms between Russian soldiers and their families, and they are absolutely vile.

Five chilling signs Vladimir Putin may be suffering from thyroid cancer or Parkinson’s

Several terrifying clues suggest Vladimir Putin was suffering with thyroid cancer and Parkinson's Disease when he ordered the Ukrainian invasion.

The Kremlin has refused to offer any explanation about what experts and investigators say are clear signs that his health was failing when he started the war.

In recent public appearances, Putin - known in Russia for his "strong man" image - has looked "bloated" and noticeably "weakened" when compared to earlier images.

The dramatic decline in his physical state has lead outsiders to wonder if he's battling a serious illness or even several conditions at once.

Just yesterday, reports emerged that a surgeon specialising in thyroid cancer in "elderly and senile" patients is being kept at the President's beck and call.

And in November last year a Russian political analyst revealed the despot had been struck by both cancer and Parkinson's Disease, while a separate source claimed he had undergone surgery for abdominal cancer.

The Parkinson's theory was strengthened in mid-March, when Putin was seen limping off-stage following a pro-war rally in Moscow.

The Russian leader's declining appearance also lead analysts to wonder whether his "puffy" and "bloated" face had been caused a cocktail of steroids - commonly used to treat cancer.

But though many recent theories suggest there is something physically wrong with the tyrant, other investigators believe his callous decisions relating to the Ukraine war may be caused by "psychological instability".

Voice experts at Japanese firm Risk Measurement Technologies compared his voice from when he ordered Russian troops into war in February to more recent recordings, as his troops continue to struggle in Ukraine.

Below are the five chilling clues that Putin is suffering with thyroid cancer and Parkinson's Disease:

Putin's on-hand cancer doctor

A surgeon who specialises in thyroid cancer in “elderly and senile” patients is being kept at Putin ’s beck and call, according to reports.

Yevgeny Selivanov, of Moscow's Central Clinical Hospital, has flown to the Russian President at least 35 times in the Black Sea resort Sochi.

Now investigative media Project (or Proekt) media, which has been blocked in Russia, has information backing the recent theories he is hiding his medical problems from his people.

At the time, Prof Solovei also said the President planned to step down from his position in early 2022.

A separate Russian source suggested the Russian leader had undergone surgery for abdominal cancer.

Speaking of both conditions in 2020, Prof Solovei said: “One is of psycho-neurological nature, the other is a cancer problem.

“If anyone is interested in the exact diagnosis, I'm not a doctor, and I have no ethical right to reveal these problems.

”The second diagnosis is a lot, lot more dangerous than the first named diagnosis as Parkinson’s does not threaten physical state, but just limits public appearances.

“But there is a fatal diagnosis.

“Based on this information people will be able to make a conclusion about his life horizon, which wouldn’t even require specialist medical education.”

Putin's Limp

Theories about Putin's potential Parkinson's diagnosis were echoed in late March after the despot was filmed limping from stage after a pro-war rally.

The clip of the limp added to growing speculation the leader may be suffering from the disease, which could be influencing his behaviour.

Sir Richard Dearlove, an ex-MI6 boss, has recently told GB news there is often a link between the disease and a “loss of restraint”.

Sir Dearlove, who headed up the secret service from 1999 until 2004, said: "Maybe Putin’s behaviour - maybe his rationality - is prejudiced or compromised by illness.

"The best explanation, that we don’t know whether it’s correct or not, is that he may have Parkinson’s.

With the talk of food shortages I'm wondering if we might see similar scenes here. Considering the reactions over toilet paper shortages I am legitimately concerned over hoarders causing a run on the stores soon.

Yes a site with shit like this in the article must be a very reputable news source:
While Europe is committing suicide (or being suicided), China and India are refusing to go along with the DC regime's BS.

Our globalist overlords used and abused sanctions to go after all of their political enemies and now they're shooting blanks.

This is a complete and total humiliation for the DC regime.

While the ruble indeed seems to have gone up, you shouldn't read websites that spout garbage like that. It's the equivalent of Russia Today in standards. Not to mention the comments on there. It's worse than youtube.

Yikes. This is type of shit we all saw 30 years ago where Russian stores resemble third world country mad scrambles for united nations aid crates.

Amazing how messed up that country is. The country has so much resources, 10% of the world's land mass, smart people, and tons of people too, this country should be first world top 5 economic powerhouse for decades. All due to messed up politics. Vietnam has probably transformed into a more modern day country than Russia despite the Vietnam war and being a poor country since the beginning.

I only skimmed the video, and it seems they have hard time getting western medicine. Wow. Goes to show what happens when you don't bump up the economy to have top tier in-house industries like pharma.

With these reports of mass civilian casualties, I wonder how the world will respond even if Russia withdraws and Ukraine agrees to peace negotiations. There will be no military opponent to force the murderers to Nuremberg style trial and Russia will never submit to a UN trial.

The world can continue its sanctions and distancing from Russia in the hope it forces a regime change/reform. For example, after the Yugoslav war Milošević was arrested by Serbia’s police before being trialled at The Hague.

A month or so? Oh they are in for a bad time if they think things will be back to the way they were in a month. They will be feeling the pain of Putin's lunacy for years. This is only the warm up. The tide going out as the tsunami approaches. Things will collapse before they are fixed.

The inevitable food shortages and crazy inflation are one thing, but I think people are not quite understanding how severe the effect of the sanctions limiting the availability of quality outside parts and materials will be. These are needed to manufacture and repair technologies, infrastructure, and machinery. This will have its own severe affect on local economies as time goes on.

Ok. They are leaving trails of evidence. Let's hope soon enough they too are going to pay for all the suffering.

To be fair if someone had mentioned that they would be losing tanks to farmers armed with tractors he probably would have had you shot.

Do you have reading comprehension issues? Nobody is denying Germany's dependency on Russian gas or the EU's blind spot concerning Putin and his oligarchs. What I take issue with is your highly reductive take on the situation in order to push your partisan views and your dislike for the EU. You were the one trying to put the Ukrainian invasion on the EU/Germany, while conveniently forgetting all the other stuff that I had to remind you of.

So we've gone from "EU/Germany are major contributors to the Ukrainian invasion" to "you don't want to admit any flaws about the EU". Shifting goalposts already?

Nobody is saying that the EU is perfect, but its mere existence has pretty much kept Russia contained and is a huge contributing factor that things are not escalating any further at the moment. In that regard, you know the one relevant to this discussion, the EU is doing fine and is working as intended, contrary to your ridiculous doom sayings.

So spare us your hot takes and your silly straw manning.

Mate, calm down. You started this conversation by accusing me of a personal attack, just for pointing out Germany’s (large) part in enabling this invasion by their cozying up to Putin. You’ve been angry about having that pointed out to you in every response you’ve given to me and other people since.

I have nothing against the EU or Germany in general, but on this specific subject I feel fully justified in pointing out the terrible foreign policy decisions that were a major factor in allowing Putin to think he could launch this attack without huge backlash.

And it’s NATO that has kept Russia contained, not the EU.

BUT… given some of the images coming out of places like Bucha, I agree this is not an appropriate conversation for this thread, and you’re right to say that unity is far more important right now, so I’m happy to leave it there.

Meanwhile, Enlightened America is so concerned about the vacuum of power they left in Iraq that directly led to the rise of ISIS or the recent handover of Afghanistan to the Taliban that they keep fucking about with Iran and Syria.

But of course America seems unable to find fault or flaw with their constant blunders in the MIddle East that they keep prodding the area.

No argument with any of that!

The only real justified ending to this atrocity is the destruction of the current Russian state, and the rebuilding of the nation as a properly democratic nation. Every free western nation should now bend its will to ensuring this happens.

And if you read that statement and disagree with the notion of the total destruction of the Russian state as it exists today, I invite you to search for ‘Bucha’ on social media… and take some time to closely study the images you see.

I just realized that even if Ukrainian forces were to push Russians all the way back to Belarus, they would still need to divert resources and troops to defending the entire border with Belarus to make sure Russia doesn't attempt to invade through there again. That takes away from the forces they could divert to the east and other parts of the country to hold off renewed Russian offences. Even without directly contributing their own troops Belarus is still having a major negative effect on Ukraine so the west really needs to hit them with more sanctions.

Fuck... These pictures and videos from Bucha. What the fuck is wrong with Russians?!! Do they still live in medieval times?!! What's fucking infuriating is that my wife's cousin is from Irpin (the town across the river where atrocities also happened). And the day of Russoan invasion I was chatting with him about when they were going to leave. Thankfully they left...

The new photos of war crimes makes it clear we’re dealing with Nazi SS level criminality. Every business choosing to remain in Russia should be sanctioned and directed to an archive of these crimes.

These photos should also be showcased in certain European countries to show what savings Russian Gas bought and is still buying in order to ensure they start taking up whatever fiscal burden is necessary to end Russian gas purchases immediately.

Who knows what’s going on in the areas still controlled by Russia.

Call me a Russophobe, but I don't think im ever going to view Russians in the same way after this war. I can only hope they eventually get cut off from the rest of the world and have to fend for themselves. No trading or commerce of any kind, no buying their fossil fuels, no nothing. Even becoming North Korea 2.0 isn't good enough, they need to sink below that level.

Man Russia is fucked. Super fucked until if and when they can get rid of Putin. But this is a shameful stain that won't wash out even if the regime changes. The whole populace is going to face a moral reckoning like Germany after WW2.

One Ukrainian woman reports that, at a Russian checkpoint, the Russian soldiers forced her son to drop his phone on the ground and trample it because he had American music on it.

Russian cultural hegemony will be achieved any day now, guys.

As if there wasn't enough evidence already, they're as equally brainwashed and morally bankrupt as the German population during WW2. This video really demonstrates that point

Say what you will about the Iraq war but I am glad we held protests in all major cities before the war. Hoped to see the same from Russians but aside from a few protests, there has been nothing but support.

Good, fully deserved.

Yes, we know that it's incredibly risky to protest the Russian government, but if you're not prepared to do that, to stand up for what is right when your country is committing atrocities, then you deserve this.

And that they're more interested in fighting over sugar and canned beef amongst themselves says it all.

If the western nations who continue to finance this genocide by buying gas and oil from Putin don't categorically state in the next few days that they will be ceasing all trade with Russia, then this will go down as one of the greatest stains in human history.

Russia now also need to be kicked out of the UN as a permanent member of the security council, otherwise that too will be regarded as a disgusting indictment on that organisation.

And honestly, we're getting to the point where we might have to call the cunt's bluff. Because what the hell is the point in any of it, if we don't?

Speak of the devil....they actually just struck odessa with cruise missiles for the first time :\

Even though it survived WW1 and WW2, somehow I doubt the Odesa Theater will make it through the Russian invasion intact. But it can be rebuilt.

Stay strong, Ukrainians.

This is the kind of things you see in Holocaust films. Bodies left in the road all over the place like trash. Some with their hands tied clearly having been executed. Along with the reports from earlier about finding torture victims and half burnt female bodies I thinks safe to say that whatever monsters Russia sent into that area need an express ticket to hell.

And all because Putin has some insane delusions about the "Russian Empire" and reclaiming territories from sovereign nations. I hope that fucker gets at least some kind of consequences for this insanity. They have treated the Ukranian people like animals and the world needs to see it in detail.
