Poland and Slovakia have, at least according to some reports, misplaced some of their T-72 inventory.

This page has a good list of stuff going into Ukraine: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_foreign_aid_to_Ukraine_during_the_Russo-Ukrainian_War

This stood out to me for some reason:

Goddamn cowards, the lot of them.

They're not cowards, they just place German economic interests above all else and are willing to sacrifice anyone & anything to ensure its well being. German industry has massive, behind the scenes influence, over the politicians in Germany, that came about from them being joined at the hip from 1945, in order to rebuild the shattered economy.

..It helps that the political class in Germany have a very compliant & docile population, that rarely raises its voice, or is willing to rock the boat & demand change.

They also had a great deal of influence in Germany before the war and acted as kingmaker there. They wanted a strong anti-socialist candidate who would protect their wealth, and also rearmament was very profitable for them. But I don't want to go all red army faction on you.

The strange thing to think about is that Russia had good control on Europe before the invasion. Not militarily but economically (i.e. dependence on energy). By selling more and more gas to Germany, Russia can be said to have had Germany in an iron grip, with regard to energy. And if you control Germany, you control Europe. Again, talking money from energy here.

For some reason Merkel totally chose to disregard this before the latest gas agreement with Russia was entered into. Germany could have made a similar agreement with Norway and bought more gas from us, an agreement between two NATO members, thus avoiding being this dependent on Russia. Yet Merkel said no to Norway and created this dependence on Russian gas that we see now, which means that Germany still buy gas from Russia even at this moment, one month after the invasion.

Putin of course, blinded by the idea of a Russian empire just threw this advantage away, since Germany over time now have no other choice but to end purchases of Russian gas.

So who is the bigger idiot, Merkel or Putin? I would say it is a close call.

Russian warship might have sunk, but their projectors are still projecting at full strength.

Moskva delivering what Russian Orthodox consider a holy relic -a piece of the True Cross- to the foul sulfur depths of the Black Sea appears, as expected, to have raised their religious hysteria.

The Devil and Neptune both have tridents. It's science!

Russia has gone full dictatorship .. it’s lost. We should just discard Russia , build a new iron wall, and see how they managed in about 1000 years.

We'll only complain if you are planning to cut down some trees to build a new road or factory. Or if you expect us to get vaccinated against Covid.

Meanwhile, we spend our time hoarding enough cooking oil that we have massive ongoing shortages in Germany for weeks.

The trident is also a cross resembling the Greek letter psi, as is the anchor, which Moscow now resembles. In the end these points are just aesthetic, and you recognize faith by graceful acceptance of reality, not aesthetic manipulations of symbols.

Which can play with the mind. The put a lot of religious faith in their Russian Orthodox Pope, the church and its supposed spiritual power into motivation for this war. Their misplaced self-declared grace in the cosmic order is being brought to an aesthetic reflecting reality.

The transition from cosmic infinity to reality and back is the great cosmic dance.

When looking to see what the top results were on egregores recently this quote from Dion Fortune in the Theosophy wiki stood out in relation to the Russians.

Dion Fortune discussed the phenomenon of the group mind when it is in a frenzy typical of a Hitler speech:
But however potent the personality, however vast the resources, however popular the catch-phrases, if the movement is contrary to cosmic law it is only a matter of time till the whole group rushes madly down a steep slope into the sea.
For in such a case it is the very momentum that is worked up which is the cause of its destruction. Give a false movement enough rope and it will always hang itself, falling by its own weight when that has grown sufficiently top-heavy to overbalance it.

When listening to Russian officials, including Putin, they seem to strongly subscribe to magical thinking, as in The Secret.

Blavatsky, a founder of Theosophy, was born in Dnipro, Ukraine.

What they want to build is a world where most people consider it far too much effort to try to work out what is happening in reality.

They're attempting to retain by whatever means the old order with them at the top while the nations/people of Earth are in a liminal state coming to terms with new discovery from the furthest reaches of the world and space. They want to keep the world operating with the previous aeon, without that they are destroyed seems to be their belief. The world moves on as heaven decrees in degrees astronomically. To the light bringer, Earendel!

Mariupol city council posted on telegram that Russian soldiers are now digging up the makeshift graves of civilians killed in the city so they can burn the bodies in crematoriums and hide the true scale of the civilian casualties. Absolutely insane that this kind of thing is happening in 2022.

And this will happen in 2122 too somewhere in the world. I doubt humanity will truly evolve past this....

NY Times highlights Russia's disinformation campaign and its powerful effects on local populations in Transnistria.

I'll transcribe one of the convos.

NYT: "There are a lot of reports from western media, from Ukrainian media, about Russian troops attacking residential areas, civilian targets, hospitals. Do you believe that that's happening?"

Transnistria resident: "No. Never. Never believe that. Because I watch TV news. There is no even sense for them. Russia don't really need the new land. It's a very big land."

[...]

Transnistria resident: "I don't know what to expect from Ukraine. Not from Russia--from Ukraine."

NYT: "What are you talking about specifically? Because the perspective in America is that Russia attacked Ukraine and Ukraine is defending itself."

Transnistria resident: "That's true, but...the way Ukraine defends themselves is very--in a bad way, I would say. There is also some rumors that they used some biological weapon."

NYT: "So you've seen that Ukraine used biological weapons?"

Transnistria resident: "I just heard that. I don't really know."

[...]

Transnistria resident: "Russia didn't do anything aggressive. And right now, I just think that they need to protect their land."

CNN interview with Zelenskyy.

He says 2500-3000 Ukrainian soldiers have been killed so far, 10,000 injured. Unknown number of civilians killed.

“We wanted to print more but the bombing last night in Kyiv affected the work of the factory and we did not manage to print the necessary quantity,” Ukrainian postal service Igor Smelyansky told AFP.
Sounds like maybe the Russians deliberately targetted the factory making the 'Russian warship, go fuck yourself!' stamp. If so, my god are the Russians salty.

Nope. Not that. We’re better than them.

We hope she is one of the first whose life is utterly ruined by harsh sanctions and a new Cold War… and that she suffers with a dreadful long life, in a cut off and pathetic Russian nation, before she dies knowing her life was terrible.
"We are better than this" is a mentality that brought us to this moment.
If Russia would've been dismantled after ussr died, maybe thing would be different but it's another post ww1 germany again. They lost cold war and were just left there.... just like that. of course retaliation would grow inside a a nation like that which lost it's former glory.

Taking a harder line against a post Soviet Russia is not the same as wanting to see women getting gang raped. Get a little perspective.
