Biden states he will blow up a pipeline and now a pipeline is blown up. That's all i am saying.
that's obviously not what he said, but did you remember that video from February or was it linked to you from somewhere else?
Biden states he will blow up a pipeline and now a pipeline is blown up. That's all i am saying.
Declared war against whom? As you said, it's international waters (right outside of Denmark's maritime boundary), which means it's not an act of war.NATO is talking too much , blowing up the gas pipe lines is clearly an escalation from Russia in international water. Basically they now declared war.
Now you’re just making shit up. He didn’t say anything like that. You posted the video yourself where he said nothing of the sort. You’re playing right into the hands of the disinfo/conspiracy people.Biden states he will blow up a pipeline and now a pipeline is blown up. That's all i am saying.
You cannot actually be serious and think that the US did this.Biden states he will blow up a pipeline and now a pipeline is blown up. That's all i am saying. We will see who did it at the end and if anything comes from it. I just state not a good look for the US.
Like if u don't want to be targeted for a crime u didn't commit, maybe not tell people before it happens u are the one that will do exactly that. 200 IQ strat.
Calm down there guys.
Let me show you the best motivational speech you will hear today.
Russians blew up their own pipeline in a desperate attempt to restart the engine of their strategy of hybrid propaganda war, making it so nobody knows what is going on, and they don't trust anything. At this point it is pointless as every fool and their dog knows their game and doesn't doubt that they are the villains. They started an illegal war with no provocation, are committing horrible war crimes against civilians on the daily. All they have to do is stop nonsense actions like blowing up their own infrastructure and pull out their troops, all the way, including Crimea.
It's not a particularly controversial opinion for a couple of reasons:Are there acutal morons on here think that the US took out that pipeline? like actual breathing humans?..
No it makes sense that Russia blew up their own pipeline that they spent billions on.Are there acutal morons on here think that the US took out that pipeline? like actual breathing humans?..

The fucker really wants a war .... he really wants to end it.The intelligence people here in northern Europe tend to think that the blowing up of pipes by ruZZia will be used as an excuse to move their fleet into the shipping lanes. That way they can disrupt the whole sea area where the pipe is layed with a false reason of protecting the pipeline.
Edit: ruZZian media now accuses US for the it.
Really? This is ridiculous. The Cia warned the EU that the pipeline would be targeted back in June. Let's give Ukraine billions in support and then fuck over our allies and friends in Europe by fucking with their heating supplyBiden states he will blow up a pipeline and now a pipeline is blown up. Dude Russia been trying to get the sanctions lifted since the war began, the whole point of the pressure on EU was that they could have had all the cheap Gas they wanted with one simple decision. Why, it's almost as if the reason to blow the pipeline up is to sow the exact kind of discord that we're seeing from the usual suspects right now.
Of course it was the fucking Russians.
They're playbook for decades has been to try and drive wedges between the western alliance.
I honestly can't believe people are still dumb enough to fall for their obvious, unsubtle, bullshit strategy.

Destroying the pipelines ties europe's hands and leaves them no choice but to commit to supporting Ukraine.
How does this help Russia in any way?
None of that makes up for the very real possibility of turning Germany this winter. A possibility that is now pretty much dead. Even if germans rebell and topple their government, and they very well might once they realise their social system, pensions and "Wirtschaftswunder" are unsustainable without cheap gas. There is no point to lifting sanctions now. It's done.1. Distract attention away from the sham referendums and annexation
2. Sow discontent in Europe
3. Hike LNG prices to pay for the war. LNG prices had fallen back to last year level, but are now soaring again.
Getting Gas is one thing. Getting Gas for the same price/volume EU can get from Russia is impossible. The EU already committed on cutting ties with Russia. In the last months it has made plenty of deal to get gas and oil from other sources.
Both the EU and the USA are committed to helping Ukraine.
That pipeline will soon become useless, so Russia destroying it is both a good way to claim a "false flag action" against the west and it's also in their policy of scorched earth.
Considering there are quite a few people claiming it was the USA, shows that it's having some effect as a false flag operation, even in the west. In Russia it's probably going to be a success.

It will matter once people can't afford to heat their houseDoesn't matter. What matters is not being dependent on Russia.
All you comrades fleeing mobilization, come back to the MUTHAland and defend MUTHA RUSSIA!!!How does this help Russia in any way?
Honestly that would be less harmful on the environment, if possible, no expert on that but I assume to be the case.I think we should light it on fire, I think it would be glorious.

This is actually a good point. As long as the pipeline is physically intact, Gazprom is on the hook for contract breach if they don't deliver. Their "experiencing technical difficulties" stalling tactic can only buy them so much time.I thought Russia would do it to prevent legal claims against its cash held outside of Russia for failing to deliver on contracts. Nobody else benefits from sabotaging the pipeline except Russia.
It will matter once people can't afford to heat their house
people have been saying this from the very start
Bomb on kremlin ? Putin his birth place and the land bridge with Ukraine would be a good start ..When the United States tells it's citizens abroad to gfto of the country it usually means shit is about to go down soon.
Some people are hilarious.. they rather have Russia as the police of the world because bad USA always meddles .. but who will if they don’t ? Please sent in some good replacements.Really? This is ridiculous. The Cia warned the EU that the pipeline would be targeted back in June. Let's give Ukraine billions in support and then fuck over our allies and friends in Europe by fucking with their heating supply
Get outta here with this bullshit.
Yes and he probably will get it , best is to handle before he does …The fucker really wants a war .... he really wants to end it.

“Russia may refuse to acknowledge dual nationals’ US citizenship, deny their access to US consular assistance, prevent their departure from Russia, and conscript dual nationals for military service,” the alert said.
Yes this thread is filed with people who think we will just walk this off that’s even more amazing … yikes . And ask people their education level , like you are superior or something, even more amazing .
This is how Splatoon happens
See, as I explained in this thread when the war was first starting I spent some time in a former life at SAIS in Bologna and studied Cold War Strategy and had a passing interest in this idea of Iraq as a contemporary virtual/buffer state in the same manner as the Roman Empire's use of them more formally in the 1st century AD, this is admittedly heavy influenced by my reading of Luttwak but it was en vogue at the time. So, I know a thing or two about the situation and when people spurt shit which is just flat wrong, it makes me question what else they are wrong about that I'm missing...................
I didn't say that, Russia is no valid partner for any energy contract and they have to be stopped at all cost, but the amount of gas needed is higher than many think and i would love to see those lower prices before i will pass judgment. For my household the prices went up by 90%. There is not talk about it going lower.Gas price is already dropping significantly.
Besides, there are other sources of energy.
No point in sleeping with the devil, just for some cheaper gas.
Yes, i have and i still do. It's good to see Russia losing, but i am facing a real possibility that i won't be able to keep up with the rising costs and might end losing my house and with a remaining high debt to pay off cause mortgages in Poland aren't tied to your property, they are tied to you as a person. And i am not the only one in this situation.people have been saying this from the very start

People in my country are fucked cause gas went up (almost all newly built houses from the last 15 years are gas heated), coal is not available and also absurdly overpriced (guess where we imported most of our coal from when our mining had to be shut down) and electric heating is not popular, but those that have it got fucked with upcoming 200-400% electricity bills.
People are NOT HAPPY and many households face a real problem of not being able to pay the bills. Who are they going to blame? Russia? Sure, they are responsible for most of the problems, but the goverment will have a lot to do to keep people calm.

This was probably Putins plan to weaken western societies and it is working. And as long as politicians won't find a way to help people in dire situation, then would they support them?
The whole problem is claim that ruZZia should have a right for some buffer state. Looking at Poo-tins maps many indepent countries would fall under that trap. No thanks.I don't really understand the former.
I asked because you scare me. You know not of what you speak yet are talking a lot about complicated things in here. I find this a common phenomenon in this thread. When I see you and others making ridiculous comments (You wanted to drop a "hydrogen bomb" but not a "nuclear one yet" ?!?) which are factually wrong in objective reality and that should be common knowledge to anyone educated, it reminds me of Gell-Mann Amnesia:
“Briefly stated, the Gell-Mann Amnesia effect is as follows. You open the newspaper to an article on some subject you know well. In Murray’s case, physics. In mine, show business. You read the article and see the journalist has absolutely no understanding of either the facts or the issues. Often, the article is so wrong it actually presents the story backward—reversing cause and effect. I call these the “wet streets cause rain” stories. Paper’s full of them.In any case, you read with exasperation or amusement the multiple errors in a story, and then turn the page to national or international affairs, and read as if the rest of the newspaper was somehow more accurate about Palestine than the baloney you just read. You turn the page, and forget what you know.” – Michael Crichton (1942-2008)See, as I explained in this thread when the war was first starting I spent some time in a former life at SAIS in Bologna and studied Cold War Strategy and had a passing interest in this idea of Iraq as a contemporary virtual/buffer state in the same manner as the Roman Empire's use of them more formally in the 1st century AD, this is admittedly heavy influenced by my reading of Luttwak, but it was en vogue at the time. So, I know a thing or two about the situation and when people spurt shit which is just flat wrong, it makes me question what else they are wrong about that I'm missing. Do they really have a clue about International Relations? Or what war is like? Why are they pushing for continued war past the Minsk II protocol boundaries? It makes one think and all my past conversations and positions are in this thread.
I've left this thread because I find it exasperating and a cesspool. I only came back because I had a notification.
I would love to have an honest conversation about why there are rumors that the Ukrainians and Russians were close to signing a real end to this conflict in the Spring but were torpedoed by the West. See:
This is what a bombshell story in Ukrainska Pravda said at the time, but which was almost completely ignored in Western mainstream media:"According Ukrainska Pravda sources close to Zelenskyy, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson, who appeared in the capital almost without warning, brought two simple messages. The first is that Putin is a war criminal, he should be pressured, not negotiated with. And the second is that even if Ukraine is ready to sign some agreements on guarantees with Putin, they [the UK and US] are not. Johnson’s position was that the collective West, which back in February had suggested Zelenskyy should surrender and flee, now felt that Putin was not really as powerful as they had previously imagined, and that here was a chance to “press him.”"The Ukrainian media English-language report went on to emphasize that Three days after Johnson left for Britain, Putin went public and said talks with Ukraine “had turned into a dead end”.
Is this really in the best interest of the people of Donetsk and Eastern Ukraine as well as the soldiers who are dying and civilians who are being raped and murdered? I've long advocated turning off this war ASAP as the consequences of it dragging on are bad all around, in direct human cost, indirectly in food shortages in the 3rd world and energy in Europe. As well as the simple truth that the longer this goes on, the higher the likelihood that a far-tail, low probability event of dramatic effect happens. That's simple math, you're rolling the dice ever day this drags on.
And that's avoiding why the West would be wanting to keep this going? Is there some geopolitics about beating down the ascendent Russian/Chinese axis? Or what about putting down the Russians who signed a military defense agreement with the Saudi's last year, bringing them closer into their orbit -- is this a scheme to ensure they are locked into the Petrodollar and away from the Russians/Chinese and what would become the immediate downfall of the dollar? Who knows, but I do know I won't get a decent conversation here on it!
