Pretty much.

Ukraine Diplomat Aims 4-Letter Blast at Elon Musk's Russia Peace Proposal
Under Musk's peace deal, Crimea, a region Russia annexed in 2014, would formally become part of Russia.www.newsweek.com
Why avoid? Dude is a total douche no matter the topic, this ain't much different.
Musk isn't smart.Musk is an exellent example of how even smart people can be stupid - and surprisingly frequent at that.
Pretty much.
He's pretty smart. He just has his lane. It's a modest lane, spanning various engineering fields. What gets him into trouble is talking publicly about shit he's not informed about. I'd guess Fairly high IQ, but average EQ. He lacks self-control. His army of kids with multiple women kinda corroborates what his tweeting habits scream.Musk isn't smart.
Those won't flee in panic.

BTW, photos of Kherson villages south of the frontline flying the blue and yellow have been surfacing, giving credence to the breakthrough rumors. Still unclear how far it's reaching and so on.
On the north, Russians are saying that Kreminna was a red herring and ukrainian trops are trying to envelop svatove - I don't feel there's enough info in the open to validate that statement, but who knows, opsec and all that.
If you care to count, the recently liberated territory in the north totals about 1200km2 or in imperial units 224428 football fields.
I didn't understand the first measurement, so thanks for the freedom unit comparison.
The issue going forward is the supply chains for materials needed to construct many high tech industrials is mostly from Russia and Ukraine. Ukraine has completely stopped production to due areas annexed that produced such materials and Russia due to sanctions.Ukraine Diplomat Aims 4-Letter Blast at Elon Musk's Russia Peace Proposal

I find these news hard to comprehend.
5k Russians here, 25k there, thousands of sq kilometres… and any videos we ever see just show like a guerrilla groups of 5 to 10 Ukraine soldiers on foot shooting in a forest or standing over 1 destroyed tank or 2 dead Russians. I know there are way more videos but none shows thousands of lost men and tanks
I just have trouble understanding the scale.
And it’s impossible to judge wins and losses because each side colours the data
Ukrainian Army is riding on a huge momentum wave - reportedly they're on the way to Kreminna now.
some of the things we have seen in this war so far have been insane beyong belief. We have seen farmers nicking tanks, we have seen Russian soldiers using cardboard as body armour. We even witnessed a commander calling air support via bloody social media. Then just when you think things couldn't get any more batshit I present to you this :-
Why do all the people complaining about nuance just complain and whine while not actually providing their contribution for a nuanced discussion?

Elon is right, the only way to end this war is to make some kind of peace deal. The other option is several more years of war and tens of thousands of deaths for what will effectively be a stalemate. The US would support that for sure, but nobody else I hope.
The specific deal he laid out is not good enough, yeah."some kind of peace deal" is not what Musk proposed

His industries will suffer a lot due to shortages. He has a huge invested interest in a peace deal as well as many other manufacturing corporations in the US and Europe.
He’s just more vocal about it cuz he likes the attention

this just would give russia time prepare for next invasion into ukraine and then war would go even more then several years.Elon is right, the only way to end this war is to make some kind of peace deal. He's got the big picture right. The war is not ending with one side winning, so a peace deal has to be made.well that's what the problem is, so when you say "Elon is right"...he's not
Shut the fuck up.He's got the big picture right. The war is not ending with one side winning, so a peace deal has to be made.

He does, he says prevent total war by seeking peace and I agree with that sentiment.he never mentioned the bigger picture, looks like you're bringing in context that doesn't exist to fight your own ghosts
You mean surrender...what Russia didn't do when Napoleon or the villains of World War II marched towards themElon is right, the only way to end this war is to make some kind of peace deal. no he's not he's repating past mistakes, russia only can be defeated by force ukraine is taking its land back the more it takes back the faster war will end. He's got the big picture right. The war is not ending with one side winning, so a peace deal has to be made.
Rentahamster hope this answers your question.

The outcome I'm looking for is to stop the war as soon as possible and prevent unnecessary deaths. I think it's a rational stance.I'm not doing math
Your takes are consistently bad. I dont even know what your outcome is looking for. You're basically a waste of space, and I struggled to understand your point while folks are dying... What hill do you give a fuck about?
6 people gave you thoughtful responses and you're hung up on the one user who told you to STFU?Rentahamster hope this answers your question.
Imo, Russia can't be defeated without direct involvement of NATO soldiers. So the only other solution is a peace deal.no he's not he's repating past mistakes, russia only can be defeated by force ukraine is taking its land back the more it takes back the faster war will end.
I'm not hung up on anyone, I'm talking to several people. It was just an example why people don't want to engage in the thread. More to come, likely.6 people gave you thoughtful responses and you're hung up on the one user who told you to STFU?
That actually does answer my question, but not in a way that I think would be satisfactory to you.
