unfortunately Himars or any other gps guided missile won't be very effective in counter offensive that's a big problem.
eh? they're extremely effective at taking out supply depots and command centres that are way outside artillery range, you cant maintain a defensive line when your commander is under some rubble and all your ammo and food is also up in smoke

not as it was before, russians are using the Murmansk-BN electronic warfare systems to disrupt the sensors of Ukrainian air reconnaissance equipment, and the Krasucha-4 electronic warfare systems to suppress satellite communication within a 300 km radius.

That's what the sales pitch says. The continuing stream of footage of drones which are still able to be controlled and still have a GPS signal indicates this is not a 300-km jam zone, otherwise three of them would have blocked out the entire frontline.

they can't jam everything but afaik it works. idk but i haven't seen that much drone footage from south maybe for other reasons or because of jamming or both.

They're still assaulting and losing as much equipment as the Russians according to OSINT. Thats still a beneficial ratio considering Russia is on defense, but if Ukraine is losing 50 pieces of equipment every day (which includes valuable western vehicles) before the main assault then the main assault won't be as effective.

People also seem to forget, that if a armoured vehicle is kaputt, but the troops it carried survive, it did its job.

Kremlin decides that goal to "demilitarise" Ukraine has largely been achieved

"Indeed, Ukraine was heavily militarised at the time of the beginning of its [special military operation, as the Russian Federation calls the war against Ukraine – ed.]. And, as [Russian President Vladimir] Putin said yesterday, one of the tasks was to demilitarise Ukraine.

In fact, this task is largely completed. Ukraine is using less and less of its weapons. And more and more it uses the weapons systems that Western countries supply it with."

They think they can keep the annexed areas … which is a possibility with a good defense .

Yeah... not going to happen. The Ukrainians wouldn't stand for that, and the west are behind them in whatever they do now. Also, NATO does not want Putin pushing his territory west.

Endgame here is to cut Crimea off and use that as the bargaining chip, I think.

this one?

it's crazy how russians just moves forward like a blind rats.

Oh shit it's not censored either. Those Russians had no idea where that was coming from. Suppressors probably threw them off.

Just looking at the gear and training is night and day. Guys just ran into their death.

From what i read it was a group of special forces that managed to invade the russian trench from behind. The orcs never knew what hit them.

Edit. It looks like we have a star on the SF assault. I knew the guy looks familiar
