Fat man and Little boy were tiny nukes, just 20 kilo tons. The MOAB, for example, is in the 10-15 kt range and is a conventional explosive (not deliverable by artillery or torpedo though).
Assuming anyone still had nuclear artillery rounds those were in the same ballpark in the 50's, who could say what they might be capable of today.

People also ignored how the UN General Assembly in December 21, "Combating glorification of Nazism, neo‑Nazism and other practices that contribute to fuelling contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance", was voted against by the US and Ukraine.
Or how these motherfuckers were present in the HK protests under a Press badge doing fuck knows what.

Grozny didn't happen with the whole world watching in real time with by the minute updates and a smartphone in every hand. If Russia goes full scorched earth on Ukraine then that is the end of Russia as far as Putin's Regime goes. The world outside of China and Russia's puppets would never do business with Russia again until Putin either steps down or is removed.
