I can see that. Furuya apparently has a personality like Mamoru too.
Also, it is weird to hear Luna's voice coming out of a human mouth.
They appear to have dropped the first ep's background style in Ep2. The watercolors are gone.

Only two episodes but pretty good imo. The next couple of episodes are where it gets interesting though (since the first two eps are still similar enough to the old anime)
It's pretty accurate to the manga (which I like) so far. However it seems like a rather bland production; the score, voice acting, and editing didn't really stand out in a good way. The animation was really good at first but it felt like there was a drop-off in that by the second episode. However the editing and voice acting did seem to improve in the second episode.
So I'd say it's worth a look into. Also, how familiar are you with Sailor Moon? Because if you have seen the original anime, I gotta warn you, the manga is a LOT different to the anime. That doesn't necessarily mean a bad thing, but you should be warned that the story and characterizations may be different to what you are used to.

Same here, to be honest. I just like everything about the original better. The reboot isn't bad though.

First season changes are going to be more apparent starting with tomorrow's episode before completely changing with the 5th. Second season is very different as well.
