Guts Of Thor
Thorax of Odin
If I get 30 levels of respect will I be able to do most of the story based missions if not all of them?
Thanks, and where is the Rounnds Square mall?raYne said:Your Mugging explanation is wrong. What you're describing is just the regular store holdups.
Barnstorming- Grab a plane and fly through certain "stunt areas" to initiate it. Flying through hangers and out the other side, flying through windows in buildings under signs, bridges overpasses etc. Some areas can be done with choppers or the UFO.
Ho-ing- Gas station bathrooms and private booths in strip clubs.
Tow Truck- Yeah, grab a towtruck and the prompt will come up automatically.
Combat Tricks- Combos, finishers, headshots, nut shots, generally just killing gang members/people in fancy ways.
Driving Stunts- Self explanatory. Wheelies, powerslides, catching air, going up on two wheels with a car/truck etc.
Mugging- Walk up to someone on the street or elsewhere (easier if they're standing still or sitting) and use fine aim to aim at them. They'll notice you after a second, get scared and drop their cash and run.
Streaking- Yeah, that's right.
Flashing- You need a special "Flasher's Coat" which you can get in the costume shop in the Rounds Square Mall. Then just go to your wardrobe (you can do this in any store or hideout) and remove everything you're wearing and just put on the coat. It'll start automatically.
In the middle of the High End Retail district. There's a shopping center on top that's easy enough to spot (escalators, bunch a stores etc) and the mall is underground. You can either reach it from the elevator at street level (inside a building) or drive down through the parking garage at the back.ice cream said:Thanks, and where is the Rounnds Square mall?
And oh shit, i just got infinite respect! I've done like only 7 missions or something...
Weird, mine definitely says 10.Linkhero1 said:I got it after 20 for some reason.
You probably already found this out, but if not..FF_VIII said:Where is the casino to play black jack/poker? No idea where it is.
Yeah, it should be just the save as it's the same way it worked in the first one.copybeaver said:Cheats only keep a save from counting towards achievements, right? It doesn't completely screw over your gamertag if you have one save with cheats on and the others don't (which you can use towards achievements, correct?
More or less.Coins said:Whats everyones respect at? I have an infinity symbol on mine. I did do most of the activities before I even started any story missions. Is this why?
Another what? Hidden mall? Not that I've seen, but there are unmarked stores and hidden locations all over the place.Striker said:Aside from the hidden mall in the High End District, is there another? I like how they have more of clothing stores. I wish there would be more casual clothes, something perhaps more modern or something. Too many damn Brown Baggers and liquor stores. >:|

Holy shit, that makes it so much easier... Thanks.Ledsen said:Restart until you get an area that has a freeway. Ignore the places where you get more Adrenaline, you'll get pushed out of there in a few seconds anyway. As soon as you reach the freeway start getting hit by trucks. Also if you get hit by one vehicle, then another without touching the ground, your points double (maybe triple sometimes) I've gotten around $200,000 in one combo by just bouncing around between trucks in adrenaline mode. It's very easy since you can control your body in the air.

It's just a busy couple of months. Most games are getting a bit less attention than normal simply because all the publishers packed their releases into Oct/Nov. I think most of the good games from this month and next will have pretty good legs as people catch up on things they could not grab all at once.ice cream said:Why isn't this game getting more attention? I haven't heard any podcasts be talking about it. Not many video reviews etc. I'm quite surprised no one at 1up has even mentioned it.

Do an activity
yeah, i got infinite respect about halfway thru the activities... once you get 99 respect, it turns into infinite.Coins said:Whats everyones respect at? I have an infinity symbol on mine. I did do most of the activities before I even started any story missions. Is this why?
Best. review. ever.ZombieSupaStar said:
It varies, as some people got it as early as in the 60s. Probably depends on things like you style ranking bonus at the time etc.The Faceless Master said:yeah, i got infinite respect about halfway thru the activities... once you get 99 respect, it turns into infinite.

Well you didn't need to use the same vehicle in SR1, you could switch mid-event when the original vehicle was too beat up or exploded.FF_VIII said:Wow, I didn't know this, but unlike SR1 you no longer need the vehicle for drug trafficking
I just called Vehicle Delivery and did all 12 levels with the bear, lol

I don't think SR1 had vehicle delivery though.
I didn't know SR2 had such a thing. what's the phone number?
Actually I'm surprised someone hasn't posted the numbers yet.

Yes, you can legitimately get the Hunter Assault Helicopter before you normally do (beating the storyline) by doing the following:
Note, I recommend doing this all around your main hideout as it'll make it go much faster. Also, I highly recommend you do this in co-op as it will make this MUCH easier (you'll see why in the step 3).
1. Complete the Base Jump diversion and unlock the reward by getting three gold stars. To do this, you'll need to land IN the car while base jumping from a helicopter (or plane... but if you're doing this from your home base...you only have the copters). The reward for this is no fall damage no matter the distance. Note, if you fail this at first and you run out of helicopters in your garage, it's because they are nearby and havn't despawned or blown up. Drive away and come back or find them and blow them up. You'll then have them in your garage again.
2. Go to your rooftop as if you were going to get a helicopter. Instead, go the edge of the roof on the south side where the road is and start causing mayhem. Kill everyone...especially police. When a helicopter shows up, destroy it also and you'll be at five stars eventually. When you get here, the Hunter assault helicopters start showing up.
Optional Step: If you don't already have an FBI vehicle and the Bear APC... now is a good time to get them while you're very close to your garage.
3. When a Hunter approaches you, try to fire some bullets at it (but don't kill it). Eventually, hopefully, it will finally find a place to sit still and fire at you. Now.. if you're playing solo, you'll need to quickly get in one of your helicopters and fly up above the Hunter. It will likely start to move again as you do this. Like I said, this is probably very hard solo. However, if you're playing in a co-op game, whomever the Hunter is focused on should sit still while the other player gets in a helicopter and flies above the hunter (not close, get pretty high above it). Also, don't get directly above it either as when you jump out, you don't want your helicopter crashing into the hunter.
4. When you're a good distance above and a little bit aside of the Hunter, press Y (or whatever it is on PS3) to jump out and immediately hit the button again to deploy your parachute. Now, just glide down onto the top or the cockpit of the Hunter. The blades will not kill you but might try and knock you off so act quickly here. When you land, immediately hit the button to jump in (again, Y on xbox) to take over the craft. This might take you a few attempts to get the timing right but at least if you miss, you won't die even if you fall off the Hunter because you got the no fall damage reward. Just run back to your garage and get another helicopter. You folks attempting this solo might not be able to do the parachute method if the Hunter is moving again or deploy it very late. Sorry, can't help ya too much there.
Enjoy your new assault helicopter All of this is easily doable as soon as you get the main hideout and your first helicopter...which is fairly early in the game.
Not enough steps, so I refuse to try on general principle.Sinatar said:Or:
1. Go to the roof of the police headquarters and take one of the assault choppers that are randomly parked there.
2. Profit.

Worked perfectly first time. Great trick, thanks much. I lined up my chopper perpendicular to the attack chopper and landed just fine in solo.Artadius said:I know some folks were asking about this earlier and I have not seen it answered already...

If you find one then that's great, but I haven't seen one in 70hrs of gameplay.Sinatar said:Or:
