To be fair collecting data clusters is one of the most fun things to do in the game. The new traversal methods you have make collecting that stuff pretty addictive.

I started a hard-core play through since I heard normal was easy, seems fairly ok though I've only barely started the game so no idea how the difficulty ramps up later.

Goddamn i just got my crackdown fix..getting them clusters upgraded at the moment full speed and jumping. So mutch fun! Also the music excellent choice there is a lot of love in this game. Tommorow i am going on a next adventure.

Hardcore is a pain for like an hour until you get Blast. Normal is just way too easy most of the time.

Hmm, good question, there's a ton of referential stuff in the game tho I think 1 can be skipped since most of the references/jokes are from 2 & 3. Though the game does do a good job explaining what's happened to specific characters prior to loyalty missions. If you don't have the time for it I think you'll still enjoy SR4 if you just jumped in. Its not essential to have played the others but some of the callbacks work alot better if you had

Saints Row 4 basically has everything from Saints Row 3, plus a huge boatload of other stuff. It's perfectly fine to start with 4. There aren't really any story beats or character moments you need to know from previous games either.

You should definitely play 3. Although I think 2 is the better game, there's more carry over from 2. I don't think you'll get as much out of it without having played the previous games though. A lot of references will fall flat.

Easy, work from the endpoint. There's only one piece you can fit under that X, and that's a straight. the next piece is either an L or a straight so...

Ok thx, I went with Hardcore and it's seems like a pretty balanced difficulty so far.

Any way to get rid of the framerate lock (30fps) in cutscenes btw? Feels weird going from 120fps to 30.

edit: The audio-issues are also very annoying. I can barely hear any sound effects, no car sounds etc.
